Pricing was decent and the…read morebooking website was easy and let me select the car, a Cadillac XTS, which was confirmed on my booking reservation. The driver showed up 5min late. Not a huge issue, but usually when you pre-book, I've found they usually show up a few min early. The whole reason I pre-booked with a car service instead of Uber/Lyft for early airport transport was to avoid the stress of "will the car show up". Driver was friendly and safe and got us there on-time, but it was NOT a Cadillac XTS, instead it was a minivan. Again, not a big deal, but not what I pre-booked. All in all good service, but needed to show up early (or at least on-time) and in the vehicle booked (or at least communicate ahead of time if not available) to get a 5-star.

When you're a solo female traveler and don't have a trusted friend or family member to give you a ride to the airport early in the morning or late at night, Uber, Lyft and local sketchy taxi companies in Westchester are not great options. I found Elite a few years back by the recommendation of a neighbor and they have been my go to for airport service ever since. I pay a few bucks more, but I know when I schedule a pick up at 5:00 am on a weekday, a very courteous driver in a clean, spacious SUV is picking me up on time and getting me to JFK or Newark without any anxiety or fear for my safety. I recently suggested Elite to a friend and she also had the same experience. Highly recommend.
