I called him Friday to confirm and he confirmed. so I come home from work on Monday and the tree is still there. so I called him and he said he will be there Wednesday. well, Wednesday came around and the tree is still there. so I called again and he said that his truck broke down and that we are the first on his list to do when it gets fixed in the next couple days. well, needless to say, I'm still waiting for him. no calls, no nothing from him. that is so unprofessional and rude for a company to conduct business like that. I do not recommend this company.

I received two calls back, as he was unable to figure out where I lived. I told him quite plainly. Upon his arrival, he asked what trees and where they were. I told him I only wanted an estimate. I am here now he says, we will do it today. I repeatedly told him I only wanted and estimate. I give you a deal he says, Seniors discount? He was very rude, very pushy and was not about to listen. However I got my trees cut. He then proceeded to tell my neighbor, that his trees should also be cut. He then asked my neighbor for something to drink, and when offered water, noticed a bottle of wine on the table and demanded to drink that. He also kept his boots on and trailed water and mud across my floor as well as the neighbors. this last may be a bit of hearsay, but my neighbor is a very honest person, so I have no doubt believing what he tells me. He has also left his equipment in the neighbors driveway, without asking. I did not see any seniors discount. This man is a crook, he is extremely rude, and drinks on the job. Everyone should be very wary of this person.

I sent an email asking what is going on and he had stated that he forgot to write the appointment down. he then said he can come two days later. so two days later, I come home from work and the tree is still there and then I seen an email from them that said "I forgot a needed a permit so you can call the city and get one and then I will come". Needless to say, I told him that he had over one month notice for all of this and there is a lot of forgetting going on. not professional at all in my opinion. would not recommend.

Whitney is very bad at customer service. Right from the start she came to our home today with a…read moresour disposition and bad attitude. In her photos she is always shown with a big smile. That never happened once today. Her crew was hard working and friendly but she refused to finish the job in our backyard as I communicated needed to be done with her sales agent Craig (also very friendly) during his review of the work for the quotation. She stated "if it is not on the quote we can't do it" which doesn't make any sense because all I wanted was the tree branches to be cut high enough as not be hitting us on the head in a wind. Craig understood that and told me don't worry you just have to ask when we are here and we will take care of it. Apparently that is not how Whitney works with her scowling attitude and behavior. So the backyard is not finished even though she was paid, just because I didn't want the situation to get out of hand with her angry attitude.

So sick of this snow removal company ignoring the residential snow removal bylaw and waking me up…read more I have had to call bylaw after almost every snowfall this year as they enjoy starting their leaf blower 12' from my bedroom window anywhere from a couple hours to a few minutes before they're legally allowed. Horrible community care. I would leave them a 0 if I could.
