Once the appointment was made, you were true to your word and showed up on time; (that in itself is impressive these days.) When Colin arrived he went right to work and I was amazed at his ability to keep his composure when it was obvious our drains were severely clogged. And through the snaking process a worn out copper pipe was detected and Colin was able to get behind the wall of the vanity and complete the repair as well as adding a much needed clean-out. We were beyond impressed with the service we received but went into shock when we were given the cost of the work. I have called around and have found pricing from $85/hr. to $130/hr. We are just wondering why your services are $20 higher than your most expensive competitor. We would love nothing more than to recommend your service to others but we would be a bit apprehensive to do so due to your pricing. Blessings! read more

be sure to get an estimate - did work on a Saturday without authorization and charged weekend rates - should have been cleared with the person paying as the work could easily have been done in the following week. Had to have them back because they did not tighten something properly so there was some leakage (plumber even admitted it) . Client did not notice for a month because there were 2 sinks and did not use the one very often. Charged a full hour for a 2 minute job that was their mistake in the first place - should have said they do not give a warrenty on their work and informed the caller that they would be charging - I would have called another plumber that is less expensive - $125.00 per hour is in the upper range of plumbers. read more
