Very high quality flooring! (Sells other bamboo products as well)…read more Ordered flooring from them one year ago. Super helpful!!!! I did all the measurements myself, and Dustin walked me through how much overage to get. Then I decided we should run the flooring on the diagonal. Helped me with the % increase in order to do that. He even walked us through how to install it ourselves. Not only did they ship paper instructions on the product and installation, but Dustin was always there for a phone call if we got stuck or had any questions. Best customer service to date!!!! :) On top of fantastic customer service, they offer payment plans. (Also, if your product goes on sale at any point during your payment plan period, you get the sale price, and payments adjusted). Although he was nice enough to give us a great deal anyways. As for the flooring; we have had it fully installed now (entire main floor-bedrooms, living room, dining room, entrances, and kitchen!) since beginning of May. Our 90lb dog has done power take-offs, skidded around corners, and is daily running down the hallway. Not a scratch yet!!!!!!! And I might mention, we are very dog friendly; on occasion there may be 3-4 100lb dogs running around our house. NOT A SCRATCH! :) :) By the way, we get compliments on our beautiful floors all the time :D As for the kitchen, our dishwasher did leak a couple months ago. Huge puddle of water right there in the kitchen. Cleaned it up, boards were....not quite right. Put salt over the seams for 24 hours. Within a day or two, floor is back to perfect! Flooring is so hard, water doesn't absorb right away. Even the snow our dogs bring in (what is stuck to fur that we can't towel off fully) has not harmed the floor at all. One last fantastic thing about this flooring, we got fossilized marble pattern. Pattern is throughout entire board! Excellent quality, as well as, these floors can be sanded or refinished, as the pattern is the entire board; not just the surface as many companies are now doing. Since their floors are such excellent quality, they are my go to bamboo product place :)

Once the appointment was made, you were true to your word and showed up on time; (that in itself is impressive these days.) When Colin arrived he went right to work and I was amazed at his ability to keep his composure when it was obvious our drains were severely clogged. And through the snaking process a worn out copper pipe was detected and Colin was able to get behind the wall of the vanity and complete the repair as well as adding a much needed clean-out. We were beyond impressed with the service we received but went into shock when we were given the cost of the work. I have called around and have found pricing from $85/hr. to $130/hr. We are just wondering why your services are $20 higher than your most expensive competitor. We would love nothing more than to recommend your service to others but we would be a bit apprehensive to do so due to your pricing. Blessings!

I am disappointed with Plato Superior Roofing…read more The timeline to re-roof my home was well past expected time to get the roof and gutters done. When they did get it done I felt it was the B team that was sent to do the job...on one weekend day there was only one worker on the job...working alone from heights. Once the work was complete the gutter was dripping from 3 locations. They had to come back but even after that it still leaked onto the concrete at my front door. My neighbour had this exact situation and slipped on the patch of water that accumulated and froze and broke a bone. I do not want this to happen to my wife. My take...poor management, pushing workers too hard, too much business so they treat small Customers like myself like second rate Customers. It seems I am not important enough to respond to. Now with winter here the last gutter leak will not be resolved until spring, if at all. With the benefit of hindsight I should have chosen another company that offers 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and is a Certified IKO ShieldPRO plus+ Professional Roofing Contractor. The company I am referring to phoned 2 or 3 times to follow up the quote they provided, but I told them I chose a local company...my mistake. The service after the sale was poor, they were not cheap, the communications was subpar (I have the text messages on my phone), and the initial quality, mainly the gutters, when not good. Choose another company. Thomas
