November 27, 2018 to December 7, 2018 I sent the company six emails and I attempted to call them 10 times. I never received a return phone call nor did I get any response via email except a second invoice to my credit card for another $266.70. It was approximately two weeks after they installed my $6, 200.00 furnace that I noticed they hadn't even put in a filter in my furnace. I had planned to have this company install a new air conditioning unit in the spring of 2019. Their lack of customer service will cost them approximately $3000.00. All of my concerns could so easily have been resolved if they had only returned my phone calls or emails. (the company voicemail was full so I was unable to leave a message on more than one occasion) Shoddy work and the worst customer service I have ever received. We had a frozen pipe in our house and after the City came out and determined it wasn't the main, we heated the room and pipes they told us for over 4 hours. When we still didn't have water, we called Baumann's. They dispatched Adam, who wasn't told what the problem was but we caught him up to speed. He spent the next 2 hours re-doing what we already told him the City and ourselves had completed. He LEFT WITHOUT FIXING THE ISSUE. We were charged yet he left while we still had NO WATER. Lucky for us a friend of ours got off work and came over to help. Adam had told us to heat the wrong room, we would NEVER have gotten the water back if we had listened to Baumann's. Took our friend 45 minutes because he took the time to trace the line. Shame on you Baumann's!!!

The contractor who was installing the the new shower tile (who is not a plumber) found the tap cartridge had been incorrectly installed. After he reinstalled it everything was fine. We sent an email to them outlining this and had no response. Their lack of professionalism and customer service will have us use a different contractor in the future.

It didn't make sense to me as the furnace was working just fine before a gas tech tried to light it. As it turns out, the tech burnt a hole in the gas tube.
