Like myself, other shoppers required assistance because the cash registers locked and needed assistance from the staff. The kind lady explained that this occurs when scanning the QR code before the barcode. Once she cleared the error and we all used our fingers to block the QR code and scan the barcode all went well. Just bringing this to your attention to have the issue resolved to improve customer experience. I gave a 1 to bring this to your attention right away.
