My review is based on my experience at the photo counter. When I walked up to the photo counter, the employee greeted me and I told her I was there to pick up a free 8x10 photo (if you're a Walgreens rewards member, every so often they give you an offer code for a free 8x10 photo with no purchase necessary) and also to drop off my FedEx return. She completely understood the 2-part mission and quickly retrieved my photo. Then, she asked me to input my phone number on this hand held scanner type thing, which I did, then she scanned my return and I was all done. I immediately received a text acknowledging my return and it gave me tracking options. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. Being this is considered one of the drop offs for FedEx returns, I found it really simple and easy.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with!!! Call prescriptions in 5 to 7 days early…read morebecause it can't be put on auto refill because it's considered a controlled substance and I tell them it has to be ordered so they have enough to fill it but then they always call us and tell us that they only have enough for a partial and they'll have to order it and it will be 2 or 3 days. Been doing this for almost 4 years now. I'm going to be looking into a new pharmacy for ALL of our prescriptions. I will never recommend this pharmacy!!!!

After calling twice with no answer and no call back, I drove down to the store to try and talk to someone about a new medication. Stephanie was demeaning and rude and unprofessional with me explaining that "that's just how they do things" and that I wasn't going to get a call back. She wouldn't even look up my prescription or date of birth. She just handed me off to someone else because she didn't want to deal with the issues her and her team had caused. She was also wearing her AirPods during her shift, which I felt was unprofessional and unhelpful.

Now that they have rolled out whatever Walmart+ is, one lane is dedicated to only them. No matter what time of day I go in the shelves look like they need to be stocked. For the company that essentially invented "Just In Time" inventory practices, they really need to update their inventory needs. I often find bits of trash in places around the store as well. Paint counter is pretty much never manned, and by the time someone comes by it is a person who knows nothing about paint. It really feels like this particular store doesn't want me to come in.

He said that they had a policy that they couldn't sell alcohol unless the other items in the order were more than $35. I was not given an option other than taking the nonalcoholic items or taking nothing. The app didn't show this as a policy. I have placed online orders at other Walmart stores for just alcohol and have not had any issues when picking them up. Why does this store have different policies than other Spokane stores? Why don't they inform the customer before they make the trip to pick up the order?

Came yesterday to pick it up (because that's what you do when you're accustomed to Walgreens, CVS and RiteAid) and they said it wouldn't be done until today at 4:00. What? Are they harvesting some rare herb in the Himalayas? I showed up at 4:45 and they claim the delivery driver has been really busy and won't be here for another 30 minutes. Good thing I have nothing better to do with my time than sit in my car.

But let me back up just a bit, I'm a Walgreens Rewards Member and recently got an email for a free 8x10 as a way to celebrate Father's Day. So last night before it expired, I hopped on the website and uploaded a pic. Because I knew I was going to be in the area, I chose this location for my pick-up. Received an email early this morning letting me know it was ready to be picked up. When I walked in, I headed to the photo counter and the male employee working was nice and friendly and had no problem locating my photo. As I was walking away, a new Reese's with Marshmallow caught my eye and there was a sale on it if you're a rewards member, which was another draw for my impulse buy lol. Tamara, the cashier who helped me, was very pleasant and energetic and made sure I got my rewards discount. Although a short interaction, her customer service was awesome.

For years, I grazed happily over at Walmart--steady feed, predictable hours, salt lick always where it should be. But this time I thought, "Hey, that Walgreens pen is closer. Maybe the grass is greener." Big mistake. This pasture? Dry. Gates half-open, half-closed, no ranch hand in sight when the sign says they should be. I've stomped my hooves over there twice now during "open hours," and it's just empty wind and disappointment. A bull doesn't like showing up to a trough that's been abandoned. And when the gate is open? The folks behind the counter move like they've been out in the heat too long... or maybe into something stronger than hay. No urgency, no clarity--just slow, strange energy that makes a bull uneasy. Honestly, the whole setup feels less like a well-run ranch and more like waiting in line at some bureaucratic branding station. No flow. No respect for a bull's time. So I'm turning this big ol' body right back toward Walmart pasture. At least over there, when a bull needs his feed, the gate's open and someone's actually minding the herd. Two hooves down. Would not graze again.
