My husband drinks a beer that they did not carry and have been ordering it for me since I asked if they would years ago. The pharmacy is great. I have NEVER received a prescription without a script so I'm not sure what the other reviewer was talking about. Also the pharmacy staff has never tried to be my doctor or said they won't fill a script. I enjoy this place and I do think it's a lot better than the extremely over priced Rite Aid.

I have to tug with her every time lately to get answers from her. If I question the script she tells me to call the doctor, which makes no sense being the correction of the script has to be communicated between the doctor and pharmacist, NOT the patient and the pharmacist. This last episode did it for me! I am asking for a script and asking questions about the script, and asked her to print the instructions for the medication (please,) and she would not do it nor did I get the medication. This has been going on for years, and enough is enough. If they don't get their act together, they will lose a lot of business, if they haven't already. And the corporate people, do you really read these reviews? The money will run dry if you don't take action based on what you are reading. It is not always about money; it is about client satisfaction.

I needed to pick up a medication for my 6 year old daughter he did it quickly, with a smile on his face and was very informative about the medication and all it required. He made sure my kids who were with me were happy, included and even made sure he gave each one of them a stick and let me tell you it made their day! I recently switched over from Walgreen to have my prescriptions sent here and I have had nothing but amazing expperiences thus far. Whatever you all are doing here is magic and as a fellow person working in the healthcare industry places like this are what we strive for in patient care and patient experience. They proactively engage in conversation and want to interact with customers beyond the bare minimum of their job requirements. I personally respect those who set out to have a good day instead of hate the world because they have to speak to someone. This place is clean, organized, and efficient. Lots of traffic to the register but never a long wait to get there. A few times now I have had extra care bucks or coupons that I thought I sent to my card but didn't. My bad and they could've just moved me along but they didn't - they manually input the discounts for me just to help me out! Every CVS looks the same on the outside, inside, and on the bank account... but this store makes a great deal of them just average. I would've given 5 stars but I'm still bitter over not being able to buy cigarettes there anymore (just realized that isn't nice of me and it's not their fault so they now get 5 stars).
