This establishment has been in business since I was a young girl. I have watched the interior…read moredeteriorate year after year. I appreciated their home delivery service the single and the elderly, however how they treat their customers is shameful. They yell and shout at their clients, especially the elderly who have their own special sets of problems. Their continual lack of professionalism makes me wonder why they are still in business. Their spoiled (his word) grandchild takes precedence over the paying customers with her incessant whining and demands. They will drop the customers to placate her needs. I have seen they shout at the elderly when they ask questions. Isn't that part of their job in supporting their customers? Their prescription labels do not carry essential information like lots. We discovered this in a recent drug recall. He just told they customer, not his vendor without looking at the prescription and dismissing them rudely. Perhaps moving to Walgreens is a better idea.

He even yelled from back in the pharmacy area saying dont come back here and im calling your Doctor...im in shock right now. I got my flu shot for free here with a CVS caremark card, and I was in and out. The wait time felt like awhile despite no other people in line, but the shot itself didn't take long. Paperwork is mostly the reason for the wait. They provide other vaccinations as well, and you can even fill out the form online to save time. They carry a range of things here similarly to RiteAid and CVS. Things such as small toys, cards, cosmetics, toiletries, snacks, seasonal items, etc. The location is quite ideal, and the building is pretty clean.

In February, even though they have mu machine on file (they sold it to me!), they sent me the wrong hose. I opened it, and discovered it was the wrong hose and returned it to the Erie store. When I called to check on my account, I was told that because the item had been opened (when I tried to replace my old hose, discovering that they had sent me the wrong one), they cojld not resell it. In order to continue service and avoid collection, I had to pay for the wrong hose that they mistakenly sent me - even though I returned it and was told that there would be no problem replacing it. We were told that order will be sent automatically at the end of November next. It never was. Called in twice. Finally had it scheduled for December 16. Was lost by FedEx. Had to call again. Then you sent out all mediums of the WRONG BRAND. Then you supplemented the larges as requested but WITH THE WRONG BRAND AGAIN. She. Needs. ATTENDS. A mix of medium & larges. Immediately. And you need to spend more money on better staffing or better training. You are providing DEPLORABLE service if you can call it that at all. I might make the case that this is gross negligence. The pharmacist is qualified, knowledgeable, easy to reach and extremely reliable. She and her staff make sure to answer any question. They are quite careful to admit when they do not know the answer to a question and are prompt to research the answer, then get back to the customer quickly with an answer. The staff at this pharmacy is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They have a way of putting the customer at ease right away. Prices sometimes vary because this pharmacist makes every effort to obtain medications at the lowest possible cost to the benefit of the customer. When I first transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy, the pharmacist took the time to make sure that I was paying the lowest price possible for my medications by comparing insurance co-pays with the out-of-pocket cost of medication and found that I would save money if I paid for some generics out-of-pocket rather than using insurance co-pays. The staff here puts unbelievable effort to provide the best customer service possible. I never cease to be amazed with their kindness, courtesy, compassion, and professionalism.
