This Nouria convenience store and gas station is a convenient location to stop for Mobil gas, snacks, cold drinks, and Dunkin' Donuts. The layout of the convenience store is very cramped and parking lot around the gas pumps is very tight as well. I stop here on my commute for the very reasonably priced Mobil gas, which is usually slightly cheaper than the Allenstown Nouria up the road and much cheaper than other gas stations in the area. Nouria Rewards members save 5 cents per gallon, or more when you spend money inside Nouria. They also offer promotions on the Nouria Rewards app such as free bottled water and promotional items at this location. At other Nouria locations without Dunkin', they also offer free coffee to Nouria Rewards members. This location would've gotten 5 stars, only if the site and building were larger and easier to maneuver. The Nouria near my home is much larger and has a kitchen and an Amato's too, but much higher gas prices there.

However, I rarely use CVS because I get all of my prescriptions via mail order from my health insurance provider. On my first visit to CVS after the transition from RiteAid I was happy to see that my favorite RiteAid pharmacy people were now working at that CVS. In my excitement, I renewed my inactive CVS ExtraCare account via the CVS app. The app/CVS wants to capture all your healthcare needs and track your activity so it asked for way more info and privacy approvals from me than I was comfortable giving when all I'd really use CVS for (retail shopping and the occasional adhoc prescription from my primary care provider). They had my medical records so what more did they need? Coincidentally, I saw someone from CVS on TV testifying in front of a U.S. Senate subcommittee. He was being raked over the coals about how CVS was going overboard on collecting customer data etc. So earlier this year I paused finishing up all data ExtraCare app was trying to track. Today, I tried to schedule a flu shot on the CVS app. My ExtraCare account was still active but CVS had removed all my medical records I'd previously transferred to them when I had switched to CVS. It was my fault because when I was going "all in" on setting up my ExtraCare account I got uncomfortable by ALL the personal data they wanted to collect and share with/and from seemingly everyone in my healthcare universe, IN ADDITION to my medical records I had already authorized them to have. I tried to upload.jpgs of my insurance card but "something went wrong on our end"(CVS's). When I called tech support they informed me I couldn't upload my insurance card because they no longer have my complete medical records. Mind you, this was for a simple flu shot scheduling exercise! And despite the intro recording to stay on the line after the call to give customer feedback, I was never given the opportunity to do that. I even call 3 times: 1: The call went dead when I explained I get all my prescriptions through my insurance company and medical from my pcp, and was just trying to upload my insurance info to schedule a flu shot...call went dead but I was still connected...no survey. 2. When they informed me I couldn't upload my insurance card because they no longer had all of my medical records...I said thanks for the info I'll just wait to provide my feedback to the customer feedback survey...nope...3. Instead it dial transferred me to another tech support person who said they couldn't connect me to the customer service survey. I went to my local Hanford Supermarket Pharmacy and got my flu shot there. In this market CVS, you need to understand that customers/patients still have a choice. So stop trying to replace my pcp and special pharmacist needs with other pharmacies etc., through gathering all my information. I'll buy Christmas wrapping paper on sale from you, MAYBE, but for my healthcare needs, I'll take my business elsewhere. Old Review 2007 (2 STARS): This 24 hour gas station has a clean Bluecanoe convenience market with 24 gas pumps, Quiznos, and Bank of America enclosed ATM, a very busy place. The gas prices offered here are some of the cheaper prices in the state. Recently, I stood at the pump waiting to fuel up for over a minute until I was shouted at in a very rude tone at over the loud speaker: "Pump ## is a prepay pump! You need to hang up the pump, come inside and prepay!" I prepayed inside to a different clerk and there's no need to hang up the pump. There was no sign on the pump stating prepay (I checked). They need to put up signs on the pumps stating "Cash customers pay first" like at most gas stations with the prepay policy to avoid incovenience and confusion. I've been to other Irving Bluecanoes in the area and it's pump first, then pay or they have prepay signs already posted. This prepay policy was probably in response to that "gas thief" who stole gas eight times in Londonderry. The LPD with the help of Concord PD did a great job with the media in "shutting off" the gas thief. REASON FOR 2 STARS: IMHO, that young male clerk needs to be retrained in customer service. From the very rude tone of voice by the clerk to the lack of signage, I'm only giving this station 2 STARS for the good gas prices and that's that!

This is an update to a not so good customer experience over the weekend…read more I called the Irving Corporate Office in Portsmouth and left a message. They emailed this store my contact info. The store manager got back to me quickly via phone and I aired my concerns about the fountain soda pricing in the store. The manager explained to me that the policy was Any Size Fountain Soda is 79 cents up to 44 oz and they do not carry 44 oz cups in store. I explain to her that I'm a frequent customer of this store and have been refilling my large soda cups (either 52 oz or 64 oz) here often and have been charged 86 cents with tax everytime. I mention that the actual correct price is 99 cents plus tax for refills 44 oz or larger which is posted on the soda fountain. The manager takes a look at the sign and says I am correct. She is going to find out from the upper level what the policy is. The cashier is question who overcharged me double, did bring this pricing issue up to the manager. I tested the pricing policy yesterday, I refilled my 64 oz soda cup at the North Andover/Haverhill, MA Irving Circle K on Route 125 and was charged 99 cents plus tax, $1.05 total, not the $1.72 total I was charged over the weekend in Hooksett. I was told, the next time I come in, the next soda refill will be no charge, rightfully so! My only concern is that when I came in on Saturday, the cashier should have used better judgment and sided with the CUSTOMER WHO IS ALWAYS RIGHT. I even pointed out the sign with the correct pricing on the soda fountain, but he didn't want to look at it. All I can say is, better training of employees is needed. I did stop by this Irving Circle K store and refilled my 64 oz soda cup and I informed the friendly cashier on duty that the manager was comping my drink from being overcharged over the weekend. I was all set! I am returning the rating back to the proper 4 stars. I thank the store manager for getting back to me quickly on this issue and also Brian from the Irving Oil Corporate Office for calling to check up on me. I was also informed that this store is operated by Circle K, which runs the convenience store and sells the Irving gasoline.
