The local community of neighbors have come to rely on their dependability to show-up every day, to open N&N at the same time each day- as well as staying open until the time they state that they plan to- And that's a big one because since the pandemic a lot of stores whether not they have the staff on hand ..just seem to be closing whenever they feel like it - (I understand, it keeps overhead costs down- ( if you're not busy and you're kind of slow...) but ., like with any business , That's bound to happen...it's slow this five minutes BUT you could get a 'huge push', in another 20 mins and when it's YOUR store That YOU are the owner of... it's aLL up to you.. Falls on your shoulders and your staff and Mohammed takes pride in what he does they all do they're all there to do a good job and being a service to people in the neighborhood and it's really great at I just feel very fortunate that I live nearby..That is always something you can Count on with Mohammed and his staff at N & N Express !And when 7-Eleven was closed that was a real problem, mainly because they were open 24 hours and we do not have another 24 hour store anywhere near us so we really were happy to see them come back and be there for the community like in the middle of the night when you need something at the store and I didn't and his closed for the night as a family store, they should ! lol And now that they're open again that's great [for aLL mY nightOwLs] but overall, in general, the only way I'm really gonna go into7-Eleven other than... well, honestly..if there's a choice to go into N&N(or 7-11..?) Especially for those[of us], who don't have transportation.. it's really edifying, to know that we can always count on Mohammad and the rest of the N&N CREW, to have our backs- and aLso, because they've been here so long ! I give them 2 thumbsup !! Waaay Up ! Annd aLso 5 Stars !! ALL day long ! Hats off, to Mohammed and his crew They're doing a great job ! Keep up the great work!! Thank you for being open 365 days out of the year! And also: Thank you for: Being respectable Keeping the store so clean Being SO friendly and welcoming ! Holding strong with offering decent prices and always willing to work with people ((that live in the neighborhood come into the store almost every day))..for example : if you buy a product and accidentally bought the wrong kind oR you purchased any other product you get all the way home and you noticed that your item that you purchased is defective or somehow seems as though somethings not right..,,regardless of the reason, they will exchange it for you! they're gonna treat you like a human being ..Mohammed is great! First of all, to pay for gas you have to go inside whether it's card or cash. The guy said if I wanted to fill my tank I had to leave my card with him.. Sketchy, but okay? So I gave him it and went outside. I grabbed the pump, and gasoline sprayed on shoes without me even pressing the handle. Then I put it in my tank and nothing came out. For 2 minutes nothing. Then this man came out of the store and came up to me and said I'm here to help you. I responded "no thanks I'm good, don't fucking touch me." I immediately closed my gas tank, put the pump back and ran inside while the guy followed me in and said he was just trying to help. Turns out the guy at the register sent him, without me even asking. I understand I'm young, but I'm not stupid I know how to fucking pump gas. I yelled for them to give my card back and they finally did. Thanks for a terrible fucking experience.
