A pricey convenience store in downtown Falmouth. It's easy to find, since it's beside a gas station&across the street from a church. The service is excellent, especially in the pharmacy. The prices, however, are higher than CVS&Walmart. There are tons of Cape Cod souvenirs, from keychains to tacky stickers, shark-shaped beer bottle openers. One can get Twilight movies in English&French (Quebec plates are seen on Cape Cod), kombucha, vegan cold brew, a wide assortment of Halloween candy. The Rite Aid has more parking than is visible from the street. The people are amiable. An OK place. read more

I truly wish I could give this location 5 stars, but I can not. Let's start off with the positive: I called and asked if they could take a passport photo for me and they advised that their machine is working today, but can be problematic and wanted to warn me. I rolled the dice and went with it. They greeted me, took a few minutes to setup and took a good photo. We were at 5 stars here folks. At the pharmacy, I asked for a flu shot and waited about 30 minutes after I signed all the paperwork to be seen. The staff advised me of where I stood in line, so I appreciated that. I didn't appreciate that they were clearly understaffed and after reading other reviews (albeit afterwards), I can see that long pharmacy waits might be the norm. Of note, all of the staff was quite friendly and professional, but I really think that management needs to staff their pharmacy properly especially with flu season. read more

This is your typical Rite aid but with limited parking. The one thing that disappoints me each time is they never have distilled water on the shelves. I would estimate at least 3 out of 4 time I have walked into this location, because it's conveniently located on the drive home, and when I arrive in the back of the store where the water is no distilled water. Because of this I drive another mile or two down the road to the CVS who always has an entire shelving area full of it. read more

We ran out of stevia yesterday. I noticed we were starting to get low when I was packing and was going to replenish it but got distracted. We'd passed by this Rite Aid several times and decided to stop in on the way back from dinner last night. We walked back to the logical place it would be, by the sugar and the Splenda,but couldn't find it. We walked to the checkout counter and asked the two people working, Josh and his coworker, whose name badge I didn't see, and they said they had it. Josh went to fetch it and his coworker told him precisely where it would be. On the bottom shelf, where I never see things. He returned w/ a box of 50 packets, just what we needed. Alan also picked up some toothbrushes and a little toothpaste. Josh teased his coworker that he'd done all the work and she responded that she'd eaten his candy stash. It was fun. Then Josh and we got into a discussion about basketball, since I was still wearing my Warriors shirt. Talked about the Warriors and Celtics. We headed out to watch Game 2 of the Warriors and Spurs and he wished us well. read more

Left a great review a few weeks ago. The Pharmacy this afternoon was amazing. I had been in the hospital with pnemonia since Thursday. Leaving today I went straight to the Pharmacy where I assumed they would be waiting per my doctors instructions They had not been faxed yet at 445 pm. They close at 5. I ran home grabbed my discharge papers and came back with 5 minutes to spare. They did six complicated prescriptions in about ten minutes. I am so great full for their commitment and professionalism.
