My husband just called at 11 am on 12/27 and the woman on the phone first made us feel stupid for asking for a refill from our regular pharmacy after the hospital had initially filled it and second hung up on him while he was in the middle of speaking to her. I have finally decided I will never return here after being forced too from Rite Aid shutting down. The automated call system is HORRIBLE. Forcing me to leave a voicemail and then wait for them to call me back, while I cannot speak. Total nightmare experience go anywhere but here.

The Pharmacist and assistants have always been friendly and very helpful when I am looking for something in the store or comparing several choices. The drive up window is very convenient to drop off a prescription and get an estimate for how long it may take for them to fill the order. You can then drive off and take care of other errands and they will call you when it is ready. If you have the prescription called in by your doctor, it will likely be complete and ready for pick up by the time you arrive. The hours are fairly convenient to accommodate your busy schedule. And, of course, you can also take care of your other shopping at Meijer while you wait!

Furthermore, when I needed a script filled early she refused and I had to go to another pharmacy, on my broken leg to get my medication, the Walgreens I went to filled the script then and there.
