I asked her what the brand name is for Loperamide; she said she would have to look it up. The lack of knowledge was astounding! Loperamide is IMODIUM; Loperamide HCl 2 mg with Simethicone 125 mg is IMODIUM MULTI-SYMPTOM! Any pharmacist with a brain should know this! They have it on their shelf; it is over-the-counter! They sent a nearly 70 year-old man--who was white as a sheet, sick as a dog--home with NOTHING! They didn't even apologize, just gave excuses . . . I talked with TWO pharmacists on Monday, June 16, 2025 between 3:00 and 4:30 pm. If they say they don't remember; they are not being truthful. I made it VERY clear what I thought of their lack of knowledge and lack of courtesy.
