Yesterday I dropped off a prescription for my husband who just had surgery. I was advised that the prescription will be filled at one o'clock. I returned to the store and was in the drive thru behind six cars. After waiting over 20 minutes I get to the window only to be informed it was getting filled and if I could drive back around and get in line then it should be filled. Total disappointment with the customer service and this is not the first incident with this CVS. I'm currently looking at taking my business elsewhere.
