Our waitress, Ashley, was so kind and friendly and made sure to explain the nuances on the menu, including their different sauces. The Cardinal sauce (for the Belmont H.S. Cardinals) is one of their house specialties - the perfect combination of spice and sweetness! They also have a very good white sauce, which has a vinegar flavor. I've never had anything close anywhere else! We ordered 12 wings, and I got the smoked chicken, which tasted spectacular. The homemade baked beans were also among the best I've had.
