Online setup was for one dog and I called ahead to say I actually have 2 dogs, 2 small Maltese mix dogs both under 10lbs and Roxanne told me it was fine and schedule both my dogs for an 11am appointment. Everyone was so friendly and nice. My dogs groomer was Marissa and OMG she did better then what I expected. She did such an amazing job they both came out looking so good, they definitely have my business because I couldn't believe how they both came out, she did such an amazing, great job. I absolutely loved how they both came out. I truly can't thank her enough. I'm very happy I decided to pick this grooming location.

The little one had never had a professional grooming and she felt comfortable enough to give kisses right off the bat and all through the appointment I'm told. LOL! Her big sister did well too, and she's a toughy. Since my MIL was an AKC show-cut groomer, she was highly critical of the last shop that did my girl, Jax's sanitary cut. It was pretty obviously not what it should look like. That's why you get to see butt shots on the photos of how true professionals do it here at Pets R People 2. This is how it should look. They did a great job. Jax kept licking herself afterwards, so maybe she got a little razor burn or just enjoyed the soap residue, not sure. Overall, I'm only able to say that she is a dog and they do that. I gotta give them credit: they were a full house of furbabies and managed to get my two done in like 2.5 hours. I'm impressed and will definitely return. They still smell like blackberries from B&B! Their coats are super shiny!

I pay for the services, leave a tip (as prompted with her customary, "How much do you want to tip?"), and my dogs come home happy. That said, my most recent visit will unfortunately be my last. Over the years, we've maintained a friendly client-groomer relationship, but this recent experience completely soured that. I dropped my dog off at 2 PM and got a call at 3:30 saying he was ready (Kittie closes at 4). I was running a bit late--life happens--and by 3:50, she called again, informing me she was closing in ten minutes and that if I didn't arrive on time, my dog would have to stay overnight with an extra fee. I'm sorry, but threatening a loyal client of over a decade with an overnight fee over being slightly late? That's a choice. And yet, as always, she still made sure to ask, "How much tip are you leaving?" It's a shame, really. I love supporting small businesses, but at this point, I'd rather give my money to a corporate chain that values customer relationships over arbitrary policies. I certainly won't be recommending Kittie to anyone in the future.

My family went in to this shop on Sunday morning 5/3/2026 to purchase some Blue Feigning Death…read moreBeetles for my 7 year old daughter. When my daughter asked to hold one the guy working that day (Mike) grabbed a bearded dragon and gave it to her instead. The bearded dragon just sat there with his eyes closed. She immediately fell in love and he said he had everything we needed for him and it would cost us about 300.00. He said he was 3 years old and just cleared medically for sale. He was very calm and cold and Mike said that's because he was in brumation currently and also his enclosure there wasn't warm enough for him. He gave us a tank, some sand, a log, a bowl, and a dual light with a ceramic heating bulb and mini UVB light. He said that's all we needed. I asked about food and he said just give him as many crickets as he wants every day and calcium 2x a week. We got out of there for about 400.00. As soon as we got home we started doing research an found out the tank was too small for a full grown bearded dragon, the substrate was wrong for a bearded dragon, the UVB light and heating element were also incorrect. The feeding instructions were wrong, bearded dragons need a variety of bugs weekly and fresh mixed greens daily. They didn't tell us he needed hiding spots and climbing spots. We ended up ordering the CORRECT size cage for a bearded dragon and tons of other things he needed we were either told incorrect information about or just not told entirely. Then as we continued researching, we realized that this bearded dragon was very ill. We had to rush him to an emergency reptile vet where we were told that this bearded dragon had obviously been mistreated for a very long time and poorly cared for. He was extremely malnourished, underweight, dehydrated, and they had also found a mass in his abdomen. He then recommended euthanasia or attempting to syringe feed him to see if he might come back from this. Since we were told he was 3 years old we obviously wanted to try everything we could to save him. On the way home from the vet a different employee from the store found my personal Facebook profile and then continued to inform me the bearded dragon was at the end stages of his life and that it's my fault for purchasing a clearly sick animal and trusting their employee to know the proper information and care for this animal. They admitted to knowingly selling and profiting off a sick animal that was dying. They emotionally manipulated a 7 year old little girl and her whole family just to make a quick buck and move product. They refuse to make this right. I've attempted to speak with the owner multiple times to no avail and after the incredibly unprofessional conversation with this last employee Tina I'm done trying to give chances. I will be reporting to the BBB and calling the department of Riverside animal abuse division to report the conditions these animals are being kept in and the state of the animal they sold me.

I have 3 dogs all different breeds and sizes and she did a fantastic job on all of them!! She was even able to groom my 80lb. English Lab and had no problems when before other groomers didn't even want to do her nails because she's a giant and gets nervous. We were so happy and will most definitely go to her again!
