Waste of time. These people do not place Americans. They are looking for people who will work for less than the average pay for the job (because they have to survive)... they are looking to exploit the large population of internationals and unemployed. How? The company hiring pays Rita representatives the same amount for the employee... but if they negotiate with the employee to take less money... the Rita Staffing keeps those dollars $$/per hour. While they list great jobs for $21-$36/ hour... you wont be offered these jobs at that rate. The office is not open, they talk to you on the phone, and so they just screen the employees waiting for desperate people to call. This is bad business for potential employees and for the companies that they are hiring for. It's better to just apply directly to the company you want to work for... unless a company like this one has already hijacked the human resource department of that company with agreements/ contracts that force those companies to keep allowing them to send employees through them. read more
