BAD service, BAD food and the most importantly, BAD SERVICE. I brought my friends to that restaurant to have Chinese food and this is definitely the worst restaurant experience that I ever had. The owner was so rude. He even cursed me in Chinese. Everyone, just stay away from this restaurant. Seriously, i want to give this restaurant a zero star if I can.

The servers were unresponsive and impatient when asked about the order. FURTHER, they were unable to calculate the receipt. They basically made us do their job. the receipt had nothing but a few words on it and they told us to figure it out ourselves. When we tried to question this, they became really rude. They were shameless enough to curse their paying customers. disgusting service, terrible food and absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered. DO NOT GO HERE.

Shocking! How was this granted a Michelin recommendation??! After reading all of the bad reviews…read morefor this restaurant I was confounded because it has a Michelin rating and we have consistently trusted Michelin worldwide for many years. So we decided to try - the worst Chinese food I've had in my life and I got my MBA in Hong Kong and am well familiar with good Chinese food. There was absolutely nothing but salt put on the vegetable chow mein dish that they served. It had no flavor at all, and the manager herself told me that it only had salt. Interestingly she said they could not use soy sauce because it was gluten-free while at the same time there was a bottle of gluten-free soy sauce on the table....Many strange things at this restaurant....the dipping sauce for the spring rolls had a very strong note of balsamic vinegar and she admitted that they use vinegar for their spring roll dipping sauce. It was acidic and horrible. 80 euros for two tasteless vegetarian dishes and a few appetizers...we left hungry and utterly shocked and disappointed....to help you navigate the truth for yourself please pay close attention to the very lengthy replies given by this establishment to all of the bad reviews. They are eager to put their own narrative for as the last word, but I can assure you with travels to 54 countries eating all over the world this is a place to AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

There were no miscommunications about our orders and the service was fast enough. What we ordered? EVERYTHING basically, since we knew we would be getting on an Alitalia flight which has horrendous food selections. But here are the specifics: -A chocolate croissant - because we don't have this in the US so we had to try it. It was pretty dry and nothing to write home about. Kind of disappointing, but okay. I think this was about 2 euros -Pancakes, Sausage on an English muffin, and a hash brown - same quality as those in NYC. Pretty good for McDonald's standards although the pancake syrup was super weird -Espresso shot - because when in Rome.. but this was sour AF. Likely just burnt coffee. No amount of sugar could mask it, but I just chugged it because I needed the caffeine -Bacon & Egg McMuffin - my friend said this was pretty good -Toast sammy - some sort of ham and cheese sammy that my friend absolutely hated. Cold ham with mayo/white cream cheese on fake toast (?) Skip this. A waste of 3 euro. They offered us as many sauces as we wanted. Decent Mickey D's airport experience.
