All the mussels were room temperature to cold and the sauce was just dumped on it not enhancing to the flavor of the mussels. Half of the mussels were closed meaning they wee not good or they were not steamed long enough. Very disappointing since the restaurant had such a high rating!

I was completely surprised by the quality and the price of the venue, as the place seems quite "low key" at first: not crowded or modern or hipe. Just a chef and a waitress and a few tables already taken. We sat and ordered a pitcher of white wine, an Hawaiian pizza and a Milanaise. Th pizzas were completely homemade (not canned, industrial pineapple but a fresh chunk) and the wine was high quality. The desserts, a crème brûlée and ice cream, were as good. For all of this (two pizzas, desserts, white wine and a coke) we spent less than 40€. The quality-price is amazing and I would totally recommend: its completely worth your money! The only downside would be the time between the order and the serving which seemed a bit long, but it is totally justified as you can see the chef carefully preparing the pizzas! The waitress was very friendly and immediately got our Tinto Sangria and made it at our table (best Sangria I had in Spain). We ordered a Cesar Salad to share and it was also top notch. I ordered a pizza with mozerella, baked ham, mushroom, artichoke and peppers. We ordered a 2nd one to go because it was so good! We were all so pleased with the food and service that we went back the next night and chose the pasta route for dinner. Might have been even better than the pizza! We had both the meat and mushroom ravioli (best dishes that night!) as well as the pesto pasta. House-made Gelato served in glasses at the end topped off the meal nicely.

The place is jumping, quiet, intimite and with the light rain, it just feels right. We were served a complimentary pizza bread to start. A pizza shell wood fired and lightly brushed with olive oil, garlic and salt. A great start. Our diet has been very lean in the salad department on this trip and a Caesar salad sounded great. The salad was spot-on and had a good flavor. Not quite full, we added a pasta carbonara to split. The sauce was runny, lacked flavor and had a consistency of Mac n cheese. Overall, a disappointment. La Raviolina needs to build out their pasta flavors. They don't taste Italian, but rather a sauce coating noodles. You can judge for yourself and decide what you think.
