Then we saw a pizzeria we never noticted that much. We entered and the decoration, the funny italian expressions of employees it was awesome. They had a lot of pizza to pick. I got a simple cheese and bacon one. It was really good. My friends liked it too ! Ot was a lot of fun there. It saved our day a bit, but still there was nothing that much special about it. Just a fair and friendly italian pizzeria ! Go visit it yourself if you live near or you are a fan of pizzas and Italian style. It will be a big fun !

In fact, we suspect they had some kind of secret X-ray that could read our tastebuds and made our meal accordingly. The pork medallions were seared on the outside yet softly pink inside. Moist does not begin to describe it. The goat cheese salad was a perfect blend of light yet deep flavored vinaigrette and the cheese held its own after being spanked on the grill. We both decided that we would come back to Kolin just to eat here again.

We had the burrata appetizer and goat cheese salad to start. The burrata had little balsamic caviar that were beautiful and more would have been welcomed! The goat cheese was excellent too. Lasagna was recommended and did not disappoint! A little different than I have had with shredded meat inside, but wow! so yummy. We also enjoyed the tenderloin main. We split the lasagna and beef as well as the ice cream dessert. My daughter had an espresso martini and two lemon mules. They were great. A wonderful way to close out our epic vacation.

It was the most expensive meal I had in Prague, and while the food was good, for these prices, I expect to either be really impressed by the food or to have particularly special service or ambiance. Because I didn't have a reservation, I was seated in the entry hallway; the ambiance may be a little nicer in the downstairs dining room. I had the spinach tagliatelle, tiramisu, and a lime iced tea. I thought the candied walnuts in the pasta were interesting and I really liked the dish. The tiramisu was good but not a standout, though I liked how the bitterness of the espresso came through. Lime iced tea was pretty sweet and more lime than tea, but it was nice even if it wasn't what I expected. If you don't care too much about prices, this is a good place, I just think there are comparatively good Italian restaurants at a better price if you go a little further from the major tourist areas.
