The waiter knew right away that we were the guests that had inquired about GF options when booking the table, and informed us directly when handing us the menus that they had gluten free pasta and that all but one dish could be made GF. He presented the daily specials with great detail and knowledge and recommended us a local wine from a very small family vineyard. We had the wine and is was one of the best wines we had in Sardinia! We shared a devils fish pasta as starter and then I had the Black Angus seared with gorgonzola, pear and walnuts and it was a real feast for my tastebuds.
