My mother-in-law was admitted to the hospital and had to go through an emergency operation because her index finger was trapped in the restaurant's automatic glass door leading to their comfort rooms. Her index finger was deeply wounded (2 cuts to be exact) and its bone was fractured as well. The doorjamb of this automatic door was sharp, almost like a knife, which caused the deep cuts and the fractured bone. The staff and even the manager working that night were aware. No one even assisted us to get medical help. We were traumatized, anxious during my mother-in-law's hospital confinement, and frustrated because they were not being responsive when we asked about the management's plan. They only said sorry and "we did not want it to happened but it was accident po". An accident which happened because of your unsafe premises! This accident cost the family a lot of money and the management told us that they will NOT cover the medical expenses nor help in any way. We are truly flabbergasted.
