We had a guy come out for an estimate from this company for a kitchen backsplash. Chased after them…read morefor 2 weeks to get the price. At the time, he said they were out about 2-3 weeks for installation. We agreed and the lady who schedules said the guy doesn't know about the schedule and that they were 6 weeks out. I agreed to that and asked her for a specific start date and she told me that she was going to redo the schedule over the weekend and would get back to me. She didn't so I chased her down again and now she quoted me 14 weeks! Yes, she added 2 MONTHS onto her original quote. I guess she didn't know anything about the schedule, either. So we waited around for them for 14 weeks (to be clear, you couldn't find installers at this time or else we would have gotten someone else). Anyway, the start date was June 27th. It is now September 27th and we have yet to hear from these people. No call, no show, no contact whatsoever. Unbelievably unprofessional. Save yourself 4 months and get someone else. These people are hacks.

They try to deceive Fort Wayne area people with a local area code. They just promise to show up then say they got busy but "they'll get to you" they promise they'll show up on their next appointment they set and yet they never show at any appointment they set. They will just take your money do a terrible job, never come back to fix issues. Then they just act like you're bothering them and it's your fault. Here is a pic of my ridge vent just put on July 2019. They won't return my calls. They don't stand behind their work. They just try to ignore you and hope you go away. They left me no choice but start legal action against them.
