This company has been overrated at 2.4 stars. Bill (HOA manager) and Mike (owner) came to look at…read morerepairs for our property. When I called to speak with Bill about the repairs, he raised his voice at me. When Bill and Mike arrived onsite, I asked a simple question of who's responsibility the water damage on the exterior wall was. Neither of them would answer the question, instead deflected as to how old they thought the damage was. Mike and Bill repeatedly spoke over top of me when I was asking questions. When I asked them politely to answer the question I asked, Bill advanced on me from 2 ft to six inches and yelled in my face. When I told him to speak respectfully to me, he and Mike stormed off angrily stating "they were done and leaving". This company is embarissingly unprofessional and clearly unable to control their tempers, which makes them dangerous to do business with. No one else raised their voice, or lost their tempers, including the other property owner, and our general contractor. However, Bill seems to treat intimidation as a normal way of communicating.

Some of the door handles are loose, paint on some of the walls is chipping and there are small holes around the place. Only 1 of the 3 TV's gets a connection. The furniture is worn, beds are not comfortable at all, mattresses sag, sleeper sofa in livingroom is shot and sags very badly. Not to mention when I opened the cabinet under the kitchen counter, I was greeted by those little brown bugs that can survive a nuclear attack, ROACHES, just insane they would call this place clean and lie because it looks nothing like the photos. The best part of it, is the pool is only 30 ft away and open till 11pm. Sorry my company had to pay for this. If I was on vacation and spent MY money for the family, I would be pissed. I would definitely recommend checking it out in person first, then making a decision. Not sure of the other places here but this one sux.

It was advised as only having a drip coffee machine however, it offered a kerig with drip and k cup option. It also had an iron the laundry room in which the property company said was not included. I would suggest better TVs in a home that accommodates such a large group. The volume in the casa a was difficult to hear. My suggestion- increase the guest experience by investing in a better TV brand (Sony or Samsung) with a larger inch. We all set in one house trying to watch a Christmas movie and it was really hard. For the rental company & home owner- maybe include better instructions on where the separate piles should go upon check-out. Should they be left in the room? Should they be left in the kitchen? Overall, this was a great house for our group and the kitchen that allowed us to make Thanksgiving dinner easily. Oh! A portable stand would be great too! It'll help multiple chefs! They will ignore our calls, and claim they never got messages. Please save your self the trouble and use another rental company. This one is terrible.
