Our journey began 2 years ago before the pandemic struck. In 2019, my wife and I saved enough to buy a home and decided to join the market. We began by asking for referrals, and Rish had assisted my family in the past so we decided to give him our business. Communication with Rish was concise and effortless as we scheduled our walk-throughs and meetings. After discussing our expectations, changing our minds on what we want quite a few times in the process, Rish patiently listened to all requests asked of him and returned with ideal listings each and every time. Through the pandemic, I was temporarily furloughed from my position at work, causing us to put a pause on searching for our home. Rish followed up with us and took care of us when we were ready to return to the market this year. With a shortage of supply in the market, Rish searched relentlessly and scheduled only the tours that he was certain we would find potential within. After another half year of searching we realized a very valuable lesson that Rish taught us: If you are searching on a budget, do not be extremely picky with potential listings, put in your offer while you can because the competition is real. We met with Rish and had a discussion on modifying our expectations in a home. Of course, who doesn't want to live the American dream with the white-picket fence single-family home? As we learned the hard way, there is more to current real estate then meets the eye. People putting in offers of 50-100k over asking price, waiving contingency and inspection, cash offers left and right, flippers buying homes just to make a profit, etc. Rish let us know about all of what's happening in the current market for home buyers, and we shifted our gears towards a townhome with most of the features that a single family residence provides. With our new goal set in mind, Rish delivered with back to back listings that we were actually able to put in offers for. We went through a few rough patches with the search, but the light at the end of the tunnel was made possible by none other than Rish himself as he continued to help us find something close to our family and work. We put in our first ever offer on a beautiful townhome and the selling agent did not come through with their word, and unfortunately the offer fell through (some shady things happened on the seller's end.) As we were losing hope, Rish pulled through with another perfect listing which took the cake. We put in our offer, got a rare counter offer, and accepted! BOOM! Throughout what seemed like an eternity of searching, Rish stepped up to the plate and hit a homerun on the SECOND listing that we had put in an offer on. The process of opening and closing escrow was expedited very well by Rishu's assistance. As I dealt with the banker's requirements, Rish sent me all the documents necessary and notified me along the way. From start to finish, Rishu's service is greatly recommended and much appreciated. You can tell that he loves his job and deals with anything and everything for his clients. I know contacting clients after hours is not something many are willing to do, but Rish was on top of all responsibilities immediately and made sure we submitted all requirements on time. He truly did everything in his power to help close our deal with minimal headaches. read more

Rish Bedi - Our first day as home owners, getting our key from Rish :] - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Northridge, California

This is the second time we work with Rish. He did a great job selling our home a year ago and he was great. Now he helped us buy a home. He was just as amazing on the selling side. The amount of hard work and dedication Rish invests into the process - it's priceless. He's so selfless and devoted himself to you and making this game happen. And although the seller was a bit of a nightmare that causes several unnecessary delays, Rish was there to make it all painless. Thank you Rish for not only being such a trusted realtor, but also for being a good friend. read more

I reached out to discuss an issue I experienced during an open house of a property Rish represents. He listened but immediately deflected & took no responsibility or accountability. read more

Rish is amazing! He brings empathy to the entire buying experience. we worked with him remotely for the most part as we bought our first investment home in LA. Rish is approachable, hardworking and treats every client like family. He not only helped us close the house effortlessly but also found us suitable renters in record time. read more

My husband and I were at an open house in Northridge, and met Rishu Bedi, who was the listing agent. We got to talk to him and liked that he had such a positive vibe, wasn't pushy or rude, and definitely NOT the typical "LA-shallow/fake real estate agent" we'd met a few times at many other open houses. He seemed knowledgeable about the areas we were searching for houses: Northridge, Porter Ranch and Granada Hills, as we weren't as familiar, and had just recently relocated from the Pacific Northwest. We decided to reach out and have him represent us as we searched for our perfect LA home. When we found the house we really loved, he immediately got to work on our offer, and followed-up with the sellers' agent. Buying this house was the biggest pain for us because the sellers and their agent were antagonistic: they accepted our offer, then changed their mind about whether they were going to accept our offer and instead reopened it for multiple bids, then they were bullish about response times/dates, reneged on things, and had overall ridiculous demands! Throughout all this, Rish stayed calm, dealt w/the agent as best as he could, and always had our back. He made sure to stay on top of things and eventually, the sellers accepted our final offer! Rish was always a gentleman even when the other agent was super difficult, cranky and pushy, and he kept us calm during the most stressful of times--and boy were there many! We highly recommend him, and are now so happy as we've settled into our dream home! read more

It was wonderful to work with Rish in purchasing my house. He made the process smooth and easy (or at least as smooth and easy as home purchasing can be). He was very responsive and accommodating of my schedule and was able to arrange showings at all times of the day. I can't say enough good things about working with Rish. He is clearly a knowledgeable and responsive professional who has the best interests of his clients in mind. While being professional, he is also relaxed and upbeat and creates a no pressure environment with his clients. read more

My wife and I were very reluctant to sell our home, but due to the market being so high, we decided to enter the market. We had been receiving marketing materials from Rish for the past 2 plus years on a weekly basis. My wife suggested we contact him, at least because of his persistence in reaching out to the community and doing so very un-invasively. From the moment we contacted Rish, he was the utmost professional. His knowledge of the neighborhood, the surrounding areas and his experience showed. He walked us through every step of the way and got us to where we wanted to go on price. He was very flexible with our schedule, and worked around us to show our home. At no point did we ever feel uncomfortable and we are excited to do business with him again in the future, this time as buyers. Thank you Rish! read more

When it became time to sell our home I was overwhelmed and called Rish. I will be forever grateful for what he did for us. His professionalism, knowledge, and suggestions were spot on. We listened and took those suggestions. Rish even brought in professional photographers to showcase our home online. We received multiple offers and ended up selling for more than $160,000 over the asking price. He helped us work through all of the details to sell our home smoothly and get to closing in a timely manner. Now Rish is helping me find my next home. With his integrity, and honesty Rish is the only person I would refer to others looking to buy or sell their home. read more

Not once did we ever feel pressured; he made sure we were comfortable and happy with our decisions. In this competitive market, we were lucky to have found a home we loved and Rish made it all happen. He has been supportive from start to finish. Even after closing, he continues to be helpful and resourceful. As we are settling into our new home, we couldn't be happier! We highly recommend Rish for your real estate needs. I am so thankful we found Rish when looking for a home. We had gone through different agents, all from different companies, but like a good doctor, Rish listened to all of our needs and wants. It also helps that he's a loan officer and gave us personal tips to ensure we closed escrow on our dream home.
