I felt as if it was a waste of both my time and my money. I understand that drills are important but when paying for a private you should be spotted. I can do drills at home. I have now switched my tumbling classes to dynamic gymnastics. There is more space and equipment and they agree it is necessary to spot.

The Coaching was top-tier, as Anita (hopefully that's correct) gave me great tips that greatly improved my performance. She was also disciplined in demonstrating every movement and point of performance. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and introduced themselves to me. The owner also introduced herself to me, and you can tell she works hard to make a great environment. The gym was very clean and well-organized. Programming was also great!

She kept an eye on us newbies and the stretches were perfect for experienced or first timers. She even went out while we had a minute of rest time and got a cold lavender cloth to cool down a bit so I could jump right back in when ready. I felt very comfortable at my own pace. Bring a hand towel you will need it. Highly recommend. Thank you April for a great first time experience. I will definitely be back for more. Gwen

FORMER STUDENT This…read moreplace is far more about money than martial arts. Advancement here has very little to do with skill, effort, or actual improvement. If you want to "grow," you have to pay -- for every single belt, test, and step forward. Progress feels locked behind a paywall. The owner shows little genuine interest in developing students' abilities. Instead of coaching, mentoring, or correcting technique in a meaningful way, the focus is constantly on the next fee, upgrade, or payment. It becomes clear very quickly that your value as a student is tied to how much you're willing to spend. Martial arts are supposed to teach discipline, humility, and growth. What I experienced here felt transactional, manipulative, and discouraging. Students who question the system or costs are brushed aside, while those who keep paying move forward regardless of actual skill. If you're looking for a school that truly invests in its students and prioritizes ability over profit, I would look elsewhere. This academy feels like a business first and a martial arts school second -- if at all.

Coaches are the type to invite you into their own homes and treat you like their own family. Paired with a competitive environment forging grit, hardwork, teamwork, skill, and a passion for martial arts. Firm enough to ensure your development and success in learning how to defend yourself. 10/10 would highly recommend

We totally loved the small town buildings. There are so many holes that I loved. The windmill, of course, was amazing.. Brightly painted and in perfect working order, I did not make it through the windmill but I still got lucky and got a whole in one on that. It was EPIC. School house, church, light house, cannon, big red barn, circle ramp, and a really cool pinball hole are just some of the cool sights you will see. Like I said so many cool holes. Now I don't think I can choose my favorite. They have really cute names for each hole as the ant hill and the half moon ect. The craziest whole is the last whole. It is a clown. I will not spoil it for you but it's great. I won and my husband and I had a blast
