He treats you more than just a customer but more like a neighbor and friend. I installed a basic system, and it meets my current needs. Roy explained things I might want to consider in the future, but never tried scare tactics to get me into upgrading. I know that in the future I will add some of the bells and whistles as my needs change. The service is great. It is so simple to use the easy-to-understand touch pad or your cell. I highly recommend this company!
