My home is a rental property and Dave remembered me from the previous work he did. He really looked after my interests and sent me photos from the initial walk, right through the day of work. Dave came out within about 2 hours of my first phone call on Monday, sent me pics of all everything I needed done. I needed the Pine removed, and my other trees trimmed as the limbs were all growing onto the roof. I received photos along the way, the team is professional, they use professional equipment, and sent me the document I needed for the HOA to take the tree down as an emergency. As they have arborist's on staff the letter is acceptable to the state for the emergency removal requirements. Dave and his crew are really great, really friendly! Office is great as well.

When we heard he was also an arborist, we knew we had to use Carls crew. Spoiler alert: He is. So are the rest of his crew, and they're all professional to boot. Not only do they have the skill to fell trees to land with precision, but being pros, they don't rely solely on that. They exercise total control over the tree removal process. Control? Yes, control. When a heavy limb overhangs a roof or some other precious item, they don't just cut and hope it falls where they want it to land. They make the cut(s), and then through a previously fastened & secured, strategically engineered array of ropes and knots, the limb(s) remain suspended in mid-air, as if paused in time until safely, smoothly, deliberately lowered and gently placed onto the precisely intended area of the ground for further dismantling and removal. Alternatively, they have a "cherry picker" lift at their disposal. They also use a very heavy duty remote controlled commercial-grade stump grinder which makes quick work of stumps, including backfilling the crater. Blink, and you might miss it! Plus, they use a fun looking rubber tracked "grabber getter" machine which is yard friendly - it gathers up brush & logs much faster than doing it by hand and does so without tearing up your turf. For the most persnickety (pain in the ***?) of review readers wondering who to enlist for treework, rest assured that Sackett's outfit cleaned up after themselves, raking and leaf blowing. So, there was really nothing left that I needed to do afterwards. They did everything they promised, plus some surprise, complimentary value-added pruning. The entire job was performed timely, safely and at a more-than-fair price. Now, don't get me wrong -- these guys don't juggle chainsaws while breathing fire or anything. This isn't Cirque du Soleil. When I called Robert the owner he picked up the phone and introduced himself. We talked about my needs, he assured me that Tony would call me right away to visit the property and prepare a quote. When I hung the phone it wasn't 2 hours later that I received a call from Tony. We spoke about the job and set up a time for him to visit. Tony was super polite, showed up on time and within 30 minutes of visiting the property he had sent me a quote and I agreed to secure them for the work. The day the work was to be completed, Roberts team showed up, did what they said they would do, they were super efficient, very professional and Robert himself went over an above to make sure the job was done right, cleaned up after the work was complete and made sure that everyone thing was done to his satisfaction. I have to say, Im a business man and over the years I have had many contractors say they will do something but will do the complete opposite . Not Robert, this man is super honest and he and his team did an incredible job and in fact had 2-3 neighbors compliment his work while on the job and asked for a card as they had some work that they needed completed. I don't normally provide feedback but after the job that Robert and his team did at my house, I felt I needed to provide feedback. If you need Tree work Sackett is the one you should call. Hands Down!
