We wanted to make sure the most dangerous trees on our property were taken care of and our home was safe. Although, we wanted to keep as many trees as we could. When we heard he was also an arborist, we knew we had to use Carls crew. He made a point to keep the healthier trees in our yard in tact but made sure they were trimmed correctly so that the branches & weight were away from the house. There was one tree we wanted to keep however, after he analyzed the tree, it had to go. And thank goodness we did! Because it was hollow. Carls crew came quickly to cut 5 trees, cleaned up our yard and made sure to get another business to grind our stumps. his crew was courteous, hard working & quick. Highly recommend

Wow, where do I start, I called a few people I knew asking if they had a referral for a tree…read moretrimming service. I was given Sackett Tree Care. When I called Robert the owner he picked up the phone and introduced himself. We talked about my needs, he assured me that Tony would call me right away to visit the property and prepare a quote. When I hung the phone it wasn't 2 hours later that I received a call from Tony. We spoke about the job and set up a time for him to visit. Tony was super polite, showed up on time and within 30 minutes of visiting the property he had sent me a quote and I agreed to secure them for the work. The day the work was to be completed, Roberts team showed up, did what they said they would do, they were super efficient, very professional and Robert himself went over an above to make sure the job was done right, cleaned up after the work was complete and made sure that everyone thing was done to his satisfaction. I have to say, Im a business man and over the years I have had many contractors say they will do something but will do the complete opposite . Not Robert, this man is super honest and he and his team did an incredible job and in fact had 2-3 neighbors compliment his work while on the job and asked for a card as they had some work that they needed completed. I don't normally provide feedback but after the job that Robert and his team did at my house, I felt I needed to provide feedback. If you need Tree work Sackett is the one you should call.
