Our first brewery stop in Naples was RipTide, and we had the best time! Fun surfer vibes inside the taproom, and the beertender, Terry, was so fun to chat with! He gave us plenty of samples, and told us about other places we should visit/try out. I tried several different beers here, including the coffee blonde, Seafoam Hazy IPA, and a couple of the sours. They also had a great outdoor space in the back (but it could definitely use some shade for those hot Florida afternoons). This brewery far exceeded our expectations, and would definitely be on our list to return to next time!
We have visited this brewery on a prior trip while in Naples, and it is one of our favorite, local spots to stop into for good craft beers. We enjoy the casual vibe and conversation with the local patrons. They have a nice assortment of brews on tap. Today I had the Western Red Ale which was a really smooth lager. Others enjoyed the Maximum Depth Imperial Stout and the Seafoam Haze IPA. All were very good. Happy hour is $1 off between 3:00-6:00 pm on all of the beers they brew. They do offer some other drink choices in cans, wine, and soft drinks. Our bartender, Amber, was super-friendly and attentive with all of the patrons and took time to recommend some restaurants in the area she felt were good places to dine. We were pleased to see that Riptide welcomes our furry friends and several dropped in while we were there. There was even a jar of treats for the dogs. They have bagged pretzels for snacking and have food trucks come on Tues/Thurs Trivia nights which are held 7-9 pm. Just for information, they do not sell Growlers, but can fill a Growler if you bring your own in. Also, they update their menu with the QR code on their menu. The site is not updated routinely, so do not refer to the website for current brews on tap. I would have awarded them with 5 stars had the bathroom been cleaner and the hallway been free of buckets, boxes, and other miscellaneous items between the men's restroom and the back door. The bathrooms could use some updating. Aside from a few cosmetic improvements, Riptide is otherwise an awesome place to hang out for good craft beers and some interesting conversation.

Best selection of craft beers in Naples. They do a great job with their brews and the variety gives everyone something to choose from. We are never disappointed and like trying a new brews when we go. By the way, the Jaunchitos food truck makes the best nachos we've ever had, bar none! Everything else they serve is really good too. Can't save enough good things, and we do love going to breweries!
This is a great brewery. They have a wide range of beers encompassing many beer styles. Perhaps something for everybody. Including cider and wine made from outside producers. They have some interesting nights with Cuban cigar rolling and music and food trucks. I was only in Naples for a few days but went to this place three times. Really love it. Pet friendly. They support the Florida panthers, the cat not the football team. Can't wait to go back next time I am in the area
Walking up the front entrance is very dark especially at 9pm at night. If you didn't look up you wouldn't know where the brewery entrance was. There is plenty of parking in front and around the building. Out back they have any alley that leads to the food trucks and back door entrance to the brewery. They have a great list of special releases to choose from. They also have a special beer brewed for the Naples Zoo called Athena Ale. For every pint ordered they donate $2.00 to the zoo. Athena ale is a golden ale kisses with the essence of strawberry. ABV 5.1% IBU 23 Dogs are aloud to roam around the brewery as well. This brewery seems to have a nice crowd of local repeat customers. Tonight's the exodus party so they have a band going on and all sorts of balloons. They have trivia on Tuesday nights and Irish music on Wednesday's.
I like they have all sorts of selections and options here. Beers from flight to 9 oz short glass, 16oz, crowler(big can), glower(big bottle). If you like any beer, they will pour from the tap and freshly can it for you to go. I also really love they have so many tropical fruit beers like mango& guava, strawberry banana passionfruit. The beers were very good. I had the Mexican lager and enjoyed it very much. The NEIPAs were good as well. They had games to play and a couple pinball machines. We went on a Friday night and it was not crowded, but this is the "off season." The place has a beach feel to it and the atmosphere is relaxed. If you wanted there is a food truck in the back but we didn't try it.
Outstanding experience! Really helpful and friendly staff. Excellent beer, and that comes from a person who lives in the state of beer - - Wisconsin. The state established by German brewmeister's like Pabst, Coors, Schlitz, Best, Blatz, Miller, etc. For crying out loud some bars are open at 6 AM! I would recommend the Kracken DIPA and any of their Belgian beers. Walk to the back of the property and enjoy great beer in the sunshine of Florida in a nice comfortable chair. RECOMMENDATION: Check out the T-shirts. Great quality and good price.
This is a cool spot and I liked it a bit better than Naples Beach Brewery. We were here on a weekday afternoon in the fall, it was fairly quiet during our visit. My dad and I each had a flight. Beers were good, but a bit more bitter than I would have liked. I'll have to ask for some guidance next time I come. Prices were about average for this beer tasting experience. I like that it's pet friendly and I brought my little guy along. There is plenty of seating indoors and it's a very casual vibe. We grabbed the couch. I noticed there were board games too. This is a fun spot and a nice addition to Naples.
Fun place, good beers, friendly staff, good prices. No food on site but Turco's Tacos is a 5-minute walk away. We unexpectedly found a trivia game scheduled and enjoyed participating. Recommend the spicy and sweet Coastal Thai'd. the only disappointment was that a sour ale was not listed on their menu but that was an oversight; they do have it available.
Stopped in for a flight on this first visit. Had the Cherry Wheat, Apricot Berliner Weisse, Rogue IPA, and Vitamin Sea IPA. The Rogue was good, but not a standout and all the others were forgettable. Disappointed, especially for a hefty $10 price on a flight. The brewery is situated on a very "dead" part of town. This just place didn't trip my trigger.
We love beer and travelled with friends out of town who had a dog with them - on a very hot day. RipTide was amazing. Super friendly both to dogs and humans - and dogs are allowed inside under a/c. Great selection of ales and IPAs made on premises. Flights made to order - you can try different sorts of beer according to your own criteria. And for the best snack with it - try chili pretzels!
So, formerly Riptide, Kaleidoscope Beer Company is everything you'd want in a brewery. Beer, check, great service, check, brewed in house, check, great beer selection, check. CHECKMATE! There is a AMI Juke Box here. And I took it over because whatever the music here they were playing, just was not my speed. Still the beer is Awesome Sauce. I did a flight here. The BEER: Remnants of Theia... Hazy DIPA 9.6% ABV... completely delicious...WOW! Porpoise Party... IPA 6.5% ABV... a very solid IPA... totally crushable. UNO...Pale Ale 5.7% ABV... this is a well put together IPA... So very delicious FIRE You Got A Bone Saison... Saison 7.7% ABV... decent Saison, if you have white wine drinkers, they will love this Tasted... Tonight We Ryed.. maple imperial Stout 14%... if there was rye here it evaded me. Super sweet and mostly mapke syrup. Definitely not disappointed.... Actually excited. This is on par with any great craft brewery in Florida. read more

Service was satisfactory, but unfortunately not the most varied or unique selection of beers on tap, and the one that caught my eye to try - they were out of! Good vibes overall. Food truck out back provided dinner, which was average. Nothing to write home about, but it filled me up. Small place, so once it started getting later, the noise level rose and it got hard to hear each other. Would return if invited, but won't frequent. read more

This is definitely my fave brewery in Naples! Upon walking up to the building they had a bucket with a sign that said "free mango's"! If that doesn't pre-set the tone for this brewery... I'm not sure what does. Their staff was SO nice! We walked in and were greeted right away. Sat at the bar and went straight to ordering a full pour beer instead of a flight. I could tell all of their beers were amazing! I had a Tart Cherry Plum Sour and it was delish! I did ask to try a few other beers which they were happy to oblige. The atmosphere is also really great for gathering and hanging out. They had trivia the night we went and while we weren't staying it did start to get busy right when we left. It was also raining the day we went but I didn't realize they have an entire outside patio area with seating AND a food truck! Looking forward to visiting again when in the area next year for our annual trip! read more

We stopped here on our way home from a road trip. We were actually looking for the taco stand called Gray Boys tacos. We found out that it was actually in the back open space of RipTide Brewing Company. We ordered from the food truck off of a tablet and waited inside the brewery. Ian was a bartender and let us try our a few samples before deciding on our two favorites, hola tourista and redrum (spelled like the shining movie). The brewery actually host different regular food trucks on different days. The food was affordable, delicious and filling. You can walk around the brewery and see the machinery in the back. Definitely recommend to go visit, especially on Sundays so you catch Gray Boys Tacos. read more

I am Brand new to Naples Florida and I am so fortunate to have gotten a bartending position at Riptide Brewing Co. I absolutely enjoy my co workers... the brewers... the owner Kim... my manager Matt. I've already had customers say it's hands down the cleanest venue INCLUDING our restrooms. Our beers are outstanding, the food trucks are superior and a beautiful beer garden out back. Parking is available in front of the brewery with ease. Located at the end of a Strip Mall close to Downtown Naples. Outdoor Patio Seating is available with multiple Picnic Table for you to enjoy your Crafts in the Beautiful Florida Sun and gives you the option to bring your Fur Baby! Inside you will enter into a nice open layout with The Bar as the Focal Point and the Taproom just behind for an "In the Action" Experience! Chose to sit at the BarTop, Hightop Tables, Play an Assortment of Board Games, Lounge on the Couches, or bring everyone you know and have a Brewery Party! They sell one of the coolest Growlers I have seen! Multiple sizes are available along with T-Shirts, Pint Glasses, Logo Stickers, and Pint Koozies! Getting hungry?!? We visit Naples frequently to see family. A lack of decent beer in the area has been one of my long running disappointments in the area. That's why we were excited to find Riptide had opened since our last visit. Convenient to the downtown area that caters more to the retired crowd that wants to drop $50 on a steak, Riptide is a great alternative for those that don't believe Stella Artois is the pinnacle of beer achievement. There are a couple of minor things that keep this from being a five star spot, and a couple of things that are better than many microbreweries. The one that I cannot excuse is the inability to build your own flight. Putting a Belgian on a flight with a stout and a porter and expecting all of your customers to like how you group your beers is mildly offensive to the customer. I like porters and IPAs, but not stouts. Well, no dice for me at Riptide. Out of the probably 50 different brewery tasting rooms I have been to around the country, I have never experienced this. I have never before suggested to an establishment how to run their business before, but I am here. Riptide- change this policy! Second, the service level is not what I expect at a brewery. There was an owner present when we visited. Despite sitting in a prominent location and making eye contact several times as he worked his way around the room to talk to people he knew, he avoided even asking us if everything was ok. Part of the fun of a brewery is getting to know people, talking about beers and what they like and don't like about the place. Tip number two to the management - treat everyone like they are your friend and make sure your staff does the same. Taprooms are great places to make new friends, and that includes the staff. Now to the good stuff- the beer. For a two month old brewery, the beers exceeded expectations across the board, mostly. The three IPAs did a nice job of covering the variations in that style. The porter was a solid example. The two that weren't outstanding were the pale ale and the stout. Both were lacking the balance that is critical to those styles. I bet after a few more batches, those beers will come up to the quality of the others. A note for people in Naples that are not familiar with a typical taproom- this is not a restaurant! The fact that Riptide has partnered with others to have some dips and sausages available in the cooler is an unusually nice touch. The option for wine and cider is also something that isn't always featured in a tap room. Riptide has done an excellent job at making this a destination for those that haven't quite caught on to the taproom style. There was also a food truck on site when we were there. For a craft beer taproom, Riptide offers more options than 90% of the typical breweries. Well done! I'd come back to Riptide and recommend it to friends. With a couple little tweaks, this could be a five star, highly recommended destination. Excellent start for a new entry into a new market in Naples! read more
This gem of a brewery just opened in late November. They have several taps, including rotating taps that feature other Florida brews. We tried the two flights (so all of the mainstays) and there were several beers that I really enjoyed, especially the Kraken DIPA, Nymph's Nectar Belgian Dark Strong and the Undertow IPA. The beers were all really smooth and drinkable, even the full-bodied ones. The bartenders gave us some amazing beer mix and they also offer cold seafood spreads and dips for sale. During the evening hours they have different food trucks where you can buy food. The bar has a beach/surf shack vibe which I really liked. The bar top was made of reclaimed wood that reminded me of driftwood. There are games and giant Jenga to keep you entertained while you have a beer. I really liked this place! The location leaves something to be desired (it's in a tiny strip mall area on a side street) but I think RipTide Brewing will be successful! I will be back the next time I'm in town! read more

Only gluten free beer was cider and it didn't have much taste. Rest of beer was fresh, very good. Love the samplers. Several seating options. Lounge like atmosphere. Leather couch and stools, tables, etc. seating outside too. Restrooms clean Prices reasonable, happy hour even better. Bartender knowledgeable. Had to ask for the free salted munchies, mainly pretzel mixes. Parking will be a prob during season and when other stores are open. read more

Wow, what a great new hangout for Naples! The freshest draft beer you'll get, served correctly amidst the actual brewing facility. Plenty of beer and wine choices here to please any palette, with perfect descriptions of each flavor along with the ABV, so you know what you're getting yourself into! Something new is that they offer traditional pints but also a 9 oz. option, in case you don't want a full size 7.2% beer, if ya know what I mean. Sampler flights divvied into A or B, with the latter being the heavy hitters, comes with four different samples. The prices are extremely reasonable as well. I am updating this review as I have learned of the food options they do have! Ignorance is bliss, but see the owner's comment below to see what they have! Awesome stuff and a great concept! They tucked in a local band in the corner in front of the old St. George and the Dragon front entrance door (seriously....and it is awesome to see that stained glass again!). I hear that local musicians will be featured. A must visit and definitely will be a regular hangout for this reporter. read more

This Brewery is a great hangout spot. My coworkers and I frequent here because it is conveniently located, typically without parking issues. Their beer selection is great, and their cider is delish; there is something for everyone. The service is always fast, and dogs are welcome. Do not miss hot dog Fridays; the lady with the cart is a masterclass at crafting some tastey hot dogs and kielbasas; vegan option available, and her homemade sauces are to die for: the Chilean in particular is our favorite, it is full of flavor! read more
