I returned from work on the 18th, and my garbage had yet to be collected. I called Customer Service again, and after being routed through their Northern California Office, was directed to New Mexico. The attendant first tried to tell me that the garbage had been picked up (lie), and then told me it would be picked up by COB on the 19th. I asked to speak to the office manager. He never returned my call. Worst garbage service I have experienced in 61 years.

The recorded voice said to expect a call within 15 minutes. No call, for days afterward. I repeated the process, asked for callback. Again, though promised within 15 minutes, no callback 5 days later. Still no cans, no callback. I'll urge the city council not to renew WM's contract.
