I told the lady it was an older vehicle, and that I was not sure because of the damage if it was worth fixing. I told her everything that it wouldn't need and she interrupted me again and said you're going to have to bring it here - basically the secretary or the person that answers the phone didn't want to deal with me even after explaining, exactly what the truck would need, just wanting a very rough estimate, and telling her it I was not sure if it was worth fixing. She was somewhat rude and I actually even said ma'am you sound like you don't even want my business and she responded with it would be after January before we would even be able to get work done on it anyway (was late December when I called). I called them because they seem to have high reviews which I'm surprised if the people talk to this lady first.

Les was top notch on his workmanship and the most courtesy guy we have ever met. We live in Florida but when we leave Florida and head north, this is the place to go for service. Price was also much less than we were quoted in Florida.

I stood around for an hour and a half for my truck to get finished. They charged me $186 to only cut a piece of my truck bed out. The bed cover is a no drill, no assembly required piece. All it does it clip into the bed. I thought 90 minutes and almost $200 was steep for what should have been a 10 minute job. Maybe if I was a guy driving a Jeep Wrangler I would have had better customer service.
