My son has a Harley collection and they do all the work on them he doesn't want to. I found out he didn't have a Guardian Bell for one of his bikes. So I stopped in to get one. I bought my 2025 FXLRS here a few months ago. I have bought from Scotty in the past. O trade involved and honest, up front pricing. Much better deal than another dealer SDHD offered on a previous year model used. They don't play games with financing and are transparent in every aspect of the process. I almost traded my 23 RG ST as well, but couldn't justify starting over payments. Scottie's pricing on that deal was much less than KCHD for the same deal. Very honest people to work with. The best Harley Davidson store I have been in ever. On some Saturdays they put used motorcycles outside in the parking lot like today. The location is on the right after you pass the sign on the left. The Harley Davidson sign is on the left after you get on the road it is on. I was tricked into turning to the left when it is actually not there. So when you see sign in the left, keep going to the end of road and it is on the immediate right. I was impressed with that I saw. They even have me a special tour of the employees only shop in the back. It is here where I really started taking pictures of special made bikes in process. I saw one motorcycle that was new at nearly $60,000. See pictures. It had a special paint job and all the accessories you can think of. The customer service is more than 5 stars as they spoke to me and waited on me. I felt special. read more

First time I've ever been here. Coming through the area on a day trip and stopped in for a visit. The folks at this HD are super friendly. Everyone was asking if they could help or help me find something. I felt that they were genuine. Very clean store and very nice rides. I like Harleys, but I don't know if I would ever buy one. Especially a new one. But I found some purty ones on the showroom floor for sure. It was a very comfortable atmosphere, which I am sure they strive to achieve for the sake of buyer's psyche. I had a nice conversation with an employee for about 20 minutes. Nice folks. I didn't buy anything. Just killing time while the Mrs. looked in the shops down the way. They didn't seem to care if I bought anything or not. They were not pushy like you might think. read more

Recently went to Chattanooga and Dalton Harley shops to have my bike appraised, The bike is in pristine condition with 4200 miles, list price is 10k and the bike is just at 2 years old, Chattanooga told me they didn't want my bike on their floor, (it's still a new Harley) and offered me well below the lowest book value, mountain creek while much politer and more professional went with the same appraise. Never again will I buy or own anything from Harley Davidson after how I was treated and talked to in Chattanooga, and to low ball someone in need disgusts me as well! read more

We had a flat on our way from Kansas City Mo to Florida. Got our bike towed to Mountain Creek HD by the kindest man, who happened to be a fellow rider. We were stranded on the freeway until he showed up. We had to stay overnight because it was after hours but the next day, the staff at Mountain Creek HD had our bike in and out in no time and couldn't have been friendlier. Two thumbs up! read more

Not organized at all. Never called me back when promised. Doesn't deliver on promises. Absolutely stay away from them for "custom" work ie....sinister fenders, bags and pipes and lights. I have waited almost 3 months and my bike still isn't done. Have had it painted twice and still is wrong. Would never ever recommend this dealership!! read more
