Lifeless, beat up,and It breaks our heart that our loving pup wasnt very happy to see us. Her paws are cut, blistered and bleeding. The black part of her nose is scratched and she has a big swollen scratched mark on her snout. The kennel owners excuse for the cut nose was that she stuck into a rough part of the fence repeatedly. We called and the owner said she was fine.. Calm and eatting... We are very upset with how poorly our dog was taken care of. We will NEVER take her back there!!!!!

Upon returning home he has had multiple accidents in the house as well as vomiting . The diagnosis is giardia. Fortunately it will go away without treatment but the stress on our pup is heartbreaking. Not to mention, I've now had to disinfect our whole home bc this parasite can be spread to humans. I've never seen a dog projectile vomit until now. This is a very bad intestinal parasite and could have been avoided. Is this coincidental, maybe? According to the vet if proper precautions and care are practiced, this is avoidable.

Great place to board your pet. Staff are extremely friendly, and are obviously pet lovers…read more We had previously tried once or twice to board our suspicious dog, who absolutely hated the experiences, even in a nice facility at our vet's - ultimately, we had to enlist the services of a pet sitter to care for her whenever we would go out of town. One of our friends recommended this place to us for boarding and for grooming, and I must say we have never been disappointed! They have multiple options for your pet, including private "luxury" rooms, which were a good way to get our dog used to the place and staff - now she is in their "standard" rooms whenever she stays, and is very happy and relaxed when we go to pick her up. We can just tell that she has a good time when she stays here. The grooming is excellent as well - we always have them give her a bath and clip her nails the day we are to pick her up, and we have been quite pleased with her overall care here. It's not that easy to get to if you live in town, but it's well worth the trip. Will definitely continue to make this our go-to place for pet boarding needs!

Our cat Roo stayed at Puppourri Pet Resort from September 26-29, 2025, and when we picked her up,…read moreshe had a large untreated wound across her upper back and neck. We had to rush her straight to the emergency vet because she was bleeding, in pain, and terrified. The manager later admitted that Roo was kept isolated and wasn't given her prescribed daily medication while she was there. We were never called or informed that anything had happened to her. No one reached out to tell us that our cat was hurt, covered in blood, and needed medical care. The emergency vet confirmed that her injury was serious and required immediate treatment. She now needs her bandages changed and wound care every two days, and we still don't know how long it will take for her to heal. So far, we've spent over $2,000 trying to save her. We've filed complaints with the PA Department of Agriculture (Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement), the local SPCA/Humane Law Enforcement, and other agencies, and are pursuing legal action so no other family or pet has to go through something like this. Please double-check that any boarding facility you trust with your pets is licensed, inspected, and properly trained to handle medication and emergencies. Our sweet Roo is suffering, and we just want to make sure what happened to her never happens again.

We had a bad experience the last time we had to board our little doggie at another facility, so we were a little apprehensive trying a new place. Josh and the team at PC were so amazing and kind. My dog loves it there. She came back more obedient and well-behaved. It was such a pleasant experience and we will absolutely be back. I feel like Josh and the team at PC is part of our extended dog family.

This man definitely has God working through him! Abby was a very manipulative pup, and basically ruled me and I was not able to walk her because she pulled me that I thought I dislocated my shoulder, and fearful of falling and breaking bones, and or face planting!! After just one day I can now walk her with confidence that I won't be pulled, even in situations of other people (she is very friendly and would be overly excited and uncontrollable) I can now control the situation with the knowledge given to me during my training session. Mr. O trained Abby (Abby absolutely loved Mr. O!) This was the best investment for Abby and myself and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. O !! If you want your dog obedient and able to follow commands, walk on a loose leash etc!! Mr O's "THE DOG TRAINING PLACE" is where you need to take your Dog!!! He uses POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT! I am following the instructions given to me during my training as Mr. O explains is very important for the first 10 days after the one day session. I have exercises to do with Abby twice a day to instill in her everything Mr. O taught her. I will follow up with more after my ten day training exercises with Abby to let everyone know, including Mr. O on how well Abby is continuing with my reinforcements of what Mr. O taught Abby. His TALENT and God gifted Ability with dogs, especially my Abby was AMAZING to see!! Mr O GOD BLESS YOU!!! You are TRULY AMAZING!!! You really should have your own show on Animal Planet, because you are THE TRUE DOG WHISPERER!! Thank you again from Abby, myself and my Husband!! We are so very thankful!!!
