Brisket, green beans, potato salad and what's bbq without a dinner roll.
Kara B.

Ring Your Bell BBQ catered my wedding and I was so impressed with their food and incredible customer service! They were on time, the food was hot and delicious. If you're looking for catering for your special event, this family owned company should be at the top of your list.

Bland ass pulled pork, tastes like it was leftovers from two days ago, and microwaved.
Rocky B.

Their "bbq" tastes like it's from some school cafeteria. The pulled pork tasted like it was made from a crockpot with no seasoning, it was bland as hell without the bbq sauce. I don't even think any of their meats are smoked judging from the pics they post and other reviews. Slow service as well.

Got the loaded nacho fries with tri-tip. Crispy crinkle cut fries, nacho cheese sauce, onions, cilantro, sliced jalapeños, BBQ sauce, a dollop of sour cream, and perhaps the best tri-tip I have ever had. It was smoky, tender, well-flavored, not over or underdone. I could do without the mandatory upsell of the drink though.

I went to a food truck pop-up and ordered 3 BBQ crispy chicken sandwiches with fries for $11 each. The chicken patty seemed like it was a frozen battered chicken patty. I liked the wheat bun and the flavor of the BBQ sauce but the chicken was disappointing. The fry's were cooked and seasoned well. Overall the food was okay, buy at your own risk.

This is my third or 4th trip to Chucks. I am trying to order something different every time I go!…read more I also go at different times of the day, and of the week. The service is always excellent and down home friendly. The atmosphere is homey and welcoming always! The tables are always clean and the food is just mouth watering good!!!!! Today I had a plate of boneless ribs with two sides: potato salad and rice pilaf. My daughter had tri tip sandwich with fries and hickory smoked beans Plate. The meat tender, juicy, and fall apart delicious! Everything is just homemade delicious! I think about it when I am working! Cooking! All the time! It was noon time, so they were pretty busy, with take out orders as well as dine-in. If you have not been you must go try some BBQ, soon! Happy eating at Chuck's!

Lean in for the YUM 'case the FOOD here is deLiCiOUS! Caving a bacon cheeseburger today after seeing the pics. Glad I did. Had to try the p-salad as I needed some carbs after the gym. Glad I did! The quality of the bacon cheeseburger, the taste, thickness, char was fantastic. Nice and THICK/juicy. P-salad was cooked properly and had a nice fresh taste. Suggestions/personal preferences: Onion: IF a customer is specifically asking to 'add raw onion,' you should assume that they LIKE onion... without overcompensating understand that it's not always just the taste some are looking for but the TEXTURES! Into textures here! And yeah, then taste. Mayo: IF a customer asks specifically about mayo, wanting it on BOTH sides of the bun, you might assume, 'Guy like's mayo' and firm that up a bit more. Perhaps offer extra on the side. (On-going Dream Burger) Standards for me, start with the dressing of the bun. I could hardly taste the mayo. It was on so thin! Way important here, I NEED that spread edge to edge on both sides and thicker, please. **please don't include packs of ketchup as I didn't request and don't use them. Hate tossing things without using but got 'juicy burger juice' on 'em. :) P-Salad: While tasty, might experiment with some pickles, even chopped olives. Again texture differences and flavor. Would LOVE to have seen PAPPIKA used on top when serving. Perhaps a level #3 dump of that stuff! 'Guy likes his P!' Humm.. Whoops, not going to go there but kinda did! Yeah, some picky stuff. Next time I'll refine my order more carefully. The staff here were friendly and connected. Loved the food and will be back, 'cause you know? The FOOD IS DELICIOUS! -G

What's convenient is they have a posted paper at the front to tell you what they ran out of, so you know when you order. They ran out of their 2 cobblers, chicken lollipop (I usually find that they run out of this often) and pork belly today. Took 10 mins to get food after ordering. A good amount of spots to eat inside and outside. We ordered two 2-meat plates + cornbread. All in all, we had their brisket, burnt ends, tri-tip, and ribs + coleslaw, potato salad, Mac & cheese, and beans as sides. We've tried almost everything at earlier visits and burnt ends are still my fav. All meats are tasty with their special rub, as well as their OG bbq sauce on the burnt ends. No notes for any of the sides- just delicious! Also if you like some heat, definitely get their spicy BBQ sauce on the side. This will forever be my fav BBQ spot!

Ordered a two meat platter of brisket and chile verde ribs with a side of potato salad chili beans with brisket. While chile verde ribs weren't my first choice it was surprisingly really good and tender. Brisket was amazing, fall apart and full of flavor. The barbecue sauce on the side was just an added touch but honestly it's so seasoned you don't really need much. The sides were both delicious! What really stood out here besides the amazing food is the amazing staff! The owner Anthony went around and chatted with everyone like we were all friends and family. His aunt brought us honey cornbread on the house just to try which was so thoughtful ! Anthony's wife at the counter was so nice and helpful because we knew we came at closing time yet she still got us two full plates of what was available. Now helpful tip: you gotta come early ! Everything sells out fast !!!!! There are literally lines to the parking lot before they even open! Everything is so damn good people are willing to line up at 10am. Barbecue for breakfast type good! I will back soon and plan to load up on the Texas twinkies I see all over tik tok

There's honestly nothing bad I can say about this little gem on Cedar. I've never had a bad…read moreexperience here. The tri-tip sandwich is my go to and it never disappoints, tender, flavorful meat every single time. It's great as is, but I usually add the BBQ sauce on top, which just takes it to another level. The bread is buttery and garlicky, exactly how I like it, and it pairs perfectly with everything. The pulled pork is great too, and the hot link sandwich is another solid choice, full of flavor with just the right amount of heat. This time I only ordered the rice pilaf, but I usually get the chili beans as well, they've got a nice little kick of spice. It's a bit farther from me, but not nearly far enough to keep me from back!

It was succulent, saucy, and deeply comforting. The pork was rich and exceptionally moist without being mushy, carrying deep smoky and savory flavors from the slow-smoking process and well-seasoned rub. The BBQ sauce was equally well-balanced--subtly spiced, tangy, and slightly sweet. It complemented the richness of the pork rather than masking it, and I appreciated that it was neither overly drippy nor sticky. The vinegary housemade slaw added the perfect contrast, bringing fresh crunch along with a briny, acidic sharpness that balanced the savory meat beautifully. The garlic-butter French roll held everything together nicely without falling apart, yet remained soft enough to absorb the sauce. I was not nearly as impressed with the tri-tip sandwich, which happens to be their best seller, though I still enjoyed it overall. The tri-tip itself was on point: thinly sliced, tender, medium-rare smoky beef piled onto a garlic-toasted French roll and complemented by tangy BBQ sauce. It delivered smoky, savory, juicy flavors with a satisfying contrast between the tender meat and the crunchy bread, which held the juices well without becoming soggy. That said, I thought the sandwich could have used a little more meat, which likely explains the popularity of the Jump Tri-Tip -- a larger version of the regular tri-tip sandwich that adds more meat on the same excellent bread for only a few dollars more. I also felt the sandwich needed an additional element to elevate it further--perhaps caramelized onions for sweetness, melted cheese for richness, or a sharper horseradish cream or garlic aioli to add more depth and contrast. Service was warm and friendly throughout, and I was always greeted with a smile.

Ordering is done at an outdoor window--no indoor walk-in--which actually adds to the charm. It's quick, efficient, and keeps things moving. Don't let that fool you though, the quality of the food is top-tier. We tried the brisket sandwich and the Philly cheesesteak, and both were outstanding. The brisket was tender, juicy, and packed with deep, smoky flavor--exactly what you want. The Philly cheesesteak was just as impressive, loaded with meat, perfectly seasoned, and full of bold, rich flavor in every bite. Easily some of the best we've had. Seating is outdoors, and honestly, it's not bad at all--especially in good weather. It's a laid-back vibe where you can just enjoy your food without feeling rushed. Between the unique ordering setup, great flavors, and solid outdoor seating, this place hits all the marks. Definitely coming back to try more off the menu.

I'll gladly pay more for high quality and less processed meats and produce. This time around I left with a maple brown sugar brats and jalapeño cheese bratwurst. These were both about 6.99 a pound, which got me 3-huge links each. Along with these I bought some hot sauces, banana peppers, and locally made dry rubs. Like I did said, the staff here is always nice and they're still serving tri-tip burritos and sandwiches. Support local!
