I originally stopped by on a whim, and after one bite, I knew I had found something special. The meat was unbelievably tender, smoky in all the right ways, and packed with flavor that tastes like it's been perfected over generations. Their sides? Just as impressive. Every dish feels like it was made with actual pride, not rushed or generic like so many places. We were so blown away that we ended up hiring them to cater our wedding--and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made. Our guests still won't stop talking about the food. They handled everything with total professionalism: on time, fully prepared, super friendly, and somehow managed to serve a huge crowd without the quality dropping even a bit. Chose to try out this truck while visiting a local winery. Wife ordered the cheeseburger while I had the nacho fries with shredded chicken. My taste of the cheeseburger was pretty standard in that it was well seasoned and a little gritty, giving it a home cooked taste. The chicken on the nacho fries was also well seasoned and tender, so this truck seems to do ground beef and chicken pretty well. The nacho fries and cheeseburger could have been improved with more substantial toppings (e.g., shredded cheese rather than cheese sauce, tomato and lettuce on the burger). Seeing the other reviews, it seems they have pared down the menu quite a bit, and what remains is pretty minimal in presentation. Would recommend if itching for a burger or dressed up fries, though not likely to be wowed. read more

Tried this place for the first time on Friday. I had the combo teppanyaki plate and my husband had the new bacon chicken ranch sandwich. Both were absolutely spectacular! Great flavors, tons of food for the price. I am already craving it again and wish I could go back again today but will have to wait until they re-open tomorrow. After hearing all this buzz about the new guy in town (Tyler Bell) and his food truck parked across the street from CVS in Prather I knew I had to try it. Tammy The Tornado had the guacamole burger and I had the chicken. Both were so good I almost chewed my fingers off! Warning: The chicken sandwich is not some pathetic shredded chicken sandwich. It's a huge perfectly grilled and seasoned breast! Not so easy to eat with your hands so use a fork and knife like i did. Their "bbq" tastes like it's from some school cafeteria. The pulled pork tasted like it was made from a crockpot with no seasoning, it was bland as hell without the bbq sauce. Crispy crinkle cut fries, nacho cheese sauce, onions, cilantro, sliced jalapeños, BBQ sauce, a dollop of sour cream, and perhaps the best tri-tip I have ever had. Went to checkout the food truck at Sierra vista, found this place and wanted to give it a try, Ordered a tri-tip sandwich and a chicken sandwich. Tri-tip was cooked great bun was burnt past toasted though, severely lacked barbecue sauce, and fries were not cooked all the way. Chicken sandwich was opposite of the tri-tip, the chicken was burnt almost on ever side, smothered in sauce, bun wasn't toasted at all, and also the fries for the chicken sandwich were also not cooked all the way. I went to a food truck pop-up and ordered 3 BBQ crispy chicken sandwiches with fries for $11 each. The chicken patty seemed like it was a frozen battered chicken patty. Had their pulled pork sliders today at Sierra vista mall food truck event. Really friendly woman took my order and the entire plate of 2 huge sliders, friends, and soda was $11. Great price! Fries were perfectly crispy and perfect seasoning. The sliders were tasty but it needed a bit more bbq sauce and the raw onions didn't taste great. The bacon added a nice flavor too. Over 45 minutes waiting for my order, the tri tip dry tough jaws actually ached by the time I got it chewed, the burger beyond dry Sahara dry sucked the saliva from my mouth, the onion rings were good, bacon good, bread fresh and soft. The tritip did have a smokey taste but nothing else burger ruined pretty tasteless. Fires while there was quite a lot they used old oil. The meal was definitely not worth the time or money. I had the best pulled pork sandwich I've ever had in California. Moist and tender with crispy bites from the skin. Perfectly smoky, not overpowering. I have had their food a few times, and every time it has been excellent. On my most recent visit I had a BBQ tri-tip sandwich and asked for it to be made extra spicy. They did not disappoint. I got the shrimp Teppan-Yaki bowl. It was a little expensive but it tasted pretty good. However none of the employees in the food truck or wearing masks so that is a little concerning.
