Mondays and Tuesdays seem to be a bad day to shop because produce section is rarely stocked. Also produce rots in my fridge way too soon. The parking lot is too small and narrow. The most positive thing I can give credit to are the flowers and the drug and vitamin section. Hence my rating a 2.

There are never enough registers open, therefore there is ALWAYS a 5-10 minute wait to checkout, even at 9pm. If there's a winter storm, tough luck, you'll just go hungry, as they do not monitor weather and stock items accordingly as any grocery store should. The self-checkouts? Oh the self-checkouts lol. They are rot with mechanical issues. It's almost impossible to scan your items properly. Need help clearing the issue? Don't worry, 1 of the 5 worthless employees "monitoring" them will be there in 3 to 5 business days to look at you as though you've done something wrong before fixing it. This store is an absolute joke and isn't deserving of the patronage of the good people of Dickson.

I ordered a 13 wasn't watching. I got it took a bite. I knew right away. Something was wrong. All they put was ham and salami on it. Too busy watching their phones. Brought it back and they remade it no questions asked. So sad how you can't find good help these days... After the sandwich was made, there was a kid behind the counter named DL said he was a manager. Smirking staring at me, made a comment under his breath because I asked for a proper sandwich. I asked him if he had a problem he said I'll kick you out right now. I'm the manager . I asked for my money back. They couldn't give it to me. I've been going to Jersey Mike's for 15 years now I've never had an experience like this. DL offered to step outside went to take off his robe and the shift trainer stopped him. This is the kind of help that you have today and as I left, he was walking me out eyeballing me poor kid had no idea what would've happened if he did step out. Never again can you imagine getting threatened by an employee at Jersey Mike's. Getting attitude because they made your sandwich wrong and you brought it to their attention.
