We told two salespeople that we needed to have the delivery men move the old bed from downstairs to upstairs. When the delivery men arrived they refused to move the bed because there was nothing in their notes about moving a bed. The salespeople never bothered to write it down! So the delivery guys said it would be $60, then $30, then $80 to move the bed. As they were leaving, one of the delivery men said, "If your dog comes near me and bites me, I'm going to kick it." They did come back to finish the delivery, but the owner of the company didn't have the professionalism to call us back! They also didn't know how to set up the new bed we purchased. After spending thousands of dollars on furniture there in the past; we will be buying from another furniture store.

We were so happy with the service, quality, and prices that we went back and got a bedroom set, too. Furniture Solutions was in the Nittany Mall, but relocated near Wal-Mart on Benner Pike. I went in their new location within the past 1 1/2 months, and ended up making a purchase. I was informed that the item I ordered was showing as available, so as soon as the closest Ashley warehouse received it, it would then get sent to them. I was given an estimate of 3-4 weeks. I was in the area 2 weeks after ordering it on a Sunday so I decided to stop and check the status. They were closed, even though they were supposed to be open. The store appeared to be filled with display items. A few days later I called them (leaving messages multiple times in the following weeks) and got an answering machine each time that said they were closed due to relocation. I now see on Yelp that someone went to the store recently, and were able to speak to someone, who said they were relocating to South Atherton. This seems to be a very shady business, considering they just moved from the mall to across the street in the past few months, and are now moving again. Don't even chance becoming a victim of their low grade service,and go through the potential legal issues I am now facing. If you are seeking Ashley Furniture, go to an actual Ashley Store, or well-known store like Wolfs. If you're feeling adventurous, even take the chance at a Craigslist ad over this place.
