We told two salespeople that we needed to have the delivery men move the old bed from downstairs to upstairs. When the delivery men arrived they refused to move the bed because there was nothing in their notes about moving a bed. The salespeople never bothered to write it down! So the delivery guys said it would be $60, then $30, then $80 to move the bed. As they were leaving, one of the delivery men said, "If your dog comes near me and bites me, I'm going to kick it." They did come back to finish the delivery, but the owner of the company didn't have the professionalism to call us back! They also didn't know how to set up the new bed we purchased. After spending thousands of dollars on furniture there in the past; we will be buying from another furniture store.

I bought a large Stein World bookcase on casters, a beautiful Bassett console, a gorgeous Norwalk ottoman, and a colorful Turkish-style rug. The delivery guys were very professional and careful with all the items. Cindy even came with the truck to see my room and help put everything together! We were so happy with the service, quality, and prices that we went back and got a bedroom set, too. When the bed set arrived, one of the side boards had a small issue, so they replaced it with a new one right away. Really can't say enough about Capparella's!

The store is broken up by two floors and both offer some very unique items. I was really impressed by the first floors selection of furniture for such an inexpensive price. I've always loved the Habitat for Humanity ReStores. Their prices are excellent, much lower than…read moremost other thrift stores (MUCH cheaper than Goodwill) and they have nice stuff. We've gotten a few pieces of furniture, lamps, kitchen items, and lots of scrap wood at this particular location and the prices have saved us hundreds of dollars. They have nice bathrooms but recently started locking them which is slightly inconvenient but I guess they've had trouble with that. The people working there are generally nice but definitely not super pleasant- they're not rude but not especially outgoing either. Overall a great place to go for miscellaneous items you don't mind getting secondhand!
