When I checked these guys out initially they were called Discounted Wheel Warehouse. I called to see if they had a few Lexani Lust wheels available to check out in their showroom. I spoke with Shane and he said that they had what I was looking for. He quoted me a good price. I called around a few places and Riley Automotive had the best prices (for a place that would also install them). I stopped by one day to check them out and got to see two wheels that I was interested in next to my car. I made my choice and Shane told me that they needed to order the 18" wheels that I needed from Lexani. I made an installation appointment one week out and I showed up on time. I dont like to leave negative reviews, but sometimes its necessary feedback for the business to be made aware so they can make improvements. The customer service and tire prices are good but I was upset at the tire installation. The tire install/ balance machines are old and not designed for newer hi end wheels. The installer was banging around my cars wheels with a big crow bar trying to get the tires on, and Im like "DUDE dont scratch the wheels!!" which he did and left little paint nicks on the wheel edge. I just let him finish, I was pissed then left. I touched up the nicks later with paint. And on the way home I noticed the tires were vibrating on the freeway. So I stopped by a different tire place and they rebalanced the tires (which I had to pay for). Come on Discounted Wheel Warehouse, get it right!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I've bought and financed 2 sets of tires here in the last few years. These are good people. Socal people. Everyone I talked to, felt like I was talking to a nice neighbor I might bump into around my condo. On top of all that, everyone I talked to there, really really knows their tires. I used to have a trackday hobby. So I know what to look for when it comes to what rubber I use to meet the road. These people know their tires. Way more than the people I've talked to at the major places that rhyme with names like "Abearica's Fire", "Crust Tires", or "Fig No Plyers". But of the people I've worked with there in the last few years, nobody beats Jenna. That girl knows tires like she geeks out on them and that's what you want. Someone that's "into it" when it comes to what she does for a living. She really seemed to appreciate what I wanted and furthermore, she listened. Didn't cut me off. She helped. I brought my tires from Tire Rack and they shipped them to me. They suggested this place to me to have them mounted and balanced. Went there and was told it would take an hour to do my car Two other customers showed up and Shane bumped my car off and put them before me. After 2.5 hours asked him how much longer. His response was 'It will be done when it's done'. I told him that's not right, I had been waiting for two and half hours, HIs attitude was poor and 20 minutes later he handed me my keys and said the car was done. He LIED, 3 hours of wasted time. Tires were slapped on, no balance, no wheel alignment. I paid at the time when I showed up. I was charged $249.20. Shane is a poor employee, a liar, and a poor excuse of a tattooed human being. This place is a clown house. Don't buy wheels from them ever. They told me they had all four wheels and gave me three the same size and I went to go get a refund for the one wheel cause it's the wrong size. They said that if the company of the wheel didn't refund them they wouldn't refund me. WHY IS THAT? I bought the damn wheel through you. It's your fault I didn't get the right wheel size. It's unfortunate but this is what it's come to. My car was taken in to get a crankshaft sensor put in (which it was) in midst of this the mechanic broke the oil stick and the hood release latch. Now Reilys replaced the oil stick gave me a hard time about it. At first they stated it would possibly take 2-3 days to receive if they don't find it anywhere. It was inconclusive as to what they were trying to do to fix this issue I got upset & frustrated so left for work. I called maybe 1 hour later a lady answered and she was also dancing around my question. I asked when is my car to be fixed due to my work schedule and their hours of business I was forced to leave my car another day that's fine. My frustration with this unethical location is mainly the fact that how are you going to only replace the oil stick NOT the interior hood latch. After I talked to the mechanic I spoke with the manager he stated that his mechanic did not break the latch due to the fact that he did admit to breaking the oil stick so why should he lie about the latch. The manager was NEVER ONCE BEHIND TO SEE IF HIS MECHANIC BROKE IT OR NOT. Upon arrival there was no pliers on the driver floor so how'd he open my hood? No my car is not a 2019 but I do take care of my vehicles and I intentionally keep them maintenance so I don't have to hassle. But how? How are you to return my car to me with broken items & have the audacity to say I didn't charge you storage fee. I offered to pay his storage fee that's not a problem but can you replace my part the management (Shane) said no. I requested to speak to his superiors he said there isn't any. I requested to speak to owner of location he stated he's not going to release that information, he threatened to call law enforcement I encouraged and pleaded for him to do so. He walks off I don't know what for so I chose to call law enforcement myself. As I do so, both the mechanic and manager unlock the gear (I had my car keys in my possession) and push my car out of the stall, like really WOW! Once it was confirmed that an officer was on their way I walked up to Shane and asked were you able to contact law enforcement he said no I was being "courteous" I said oh ok thanks now allow me to return the favor and fill you in that I did call them and they're on their way. Two cop cars arrived I gave them my version they walked to the office and heard managers side of the story. One of the officers stated that management was not wanting to cooperate with them either he was also being rude, he was giving little to no information. So for something so minor and because Shane's lack of responsibility followed by empathy is the main reason why I'm leaving this message here. This situation should have never snow balled to this point. One officer went back to where I was and shared the conduct of Shane, and if I wished to take pictures of the business license etc. I sure did walk back and did just that. As I'm taking pictures one of Reilys associates comes out and tells both the officers and myself we have to get out! There's nothing going on inside so we have to go. One of the officers responds to him by saying you need to wait I am talking the associate just walked off talking under his breath. Man these people have no respect for law enforcement, poor work ethic and communication. With this type of behavior you will continue to lose business and money. This location is not the place to come to when searching to get your car fixed and if you choose to do so just be alert on the condition you leave your car secure everything is properly placed or these mechanics will trash it and lie they did not do it to top it off have management cover for them. Did not install tire correctly. Valve stem was leaking and wanted me to pay for there error.
