There a safety employee on site who calls for the target change and supervises to make sure no one is near their firearms. Clean, well maintained. For some reason the targets use toothpicks, which is bad when the wind blows. Nice shooting benches. The range is pricey. Maybe too much. Probably too much.

He helped me put the parts we had back together and researched what part was missing. He thoroughly explained how it would still work without it but also the consequences of not getting a new one. Unfortunately, there were no parts available online - anywhere - for such an old German gun but he helped me figure out how I could make one myself. After all that work and effort he put into the gun and me, he didn't charge me a thing. Being clueless about guns, they all made me feel comfortable and treated me well. Axe throwing is very satisfying and the staff was incredible! My girlfriend and I were first-time…read morethrowers and she was initially a bit nervous, but Freddie put us right at ease. We both quickly improved thanks to his enthusiasm and timely feedback on our throwing. As beginners, it was great to have staff with us the whole way through to keep us on track. By the end we were both getting axes on the board regularly and we closed out the night with a round-robin match among the three of us. I was initially a little worried that an hour would be too long to be throwing axes, but we had a blast and time flew by. The axes are fairly light as axes go, and even throwing one-handed most of the time I didn't get too tired out. I think most beginners should be able to sink some axes in their first session, with the excellent coaching provided and a willingness to learn. I'd highly recommend this as a date/bonding/night-out adventure!

I recently came here to get a monthly membership for the gun range. This was my second time coming…read morehere. It was my first time bringing my rifle the lady at the counter and asked me what type of caliber I was shooting and what kind of ammo I said 5.56 green tip she notified me that the green tips were not allowed on the range so I purchased non-green tip 556 round from them and I proceeded to go to the pistol range after I was done at the pistol range I went to the counter and the lady requested I give her my green tip rounds as I was pulling my ammo out of the bag to give to her the manager, Gary Allen was very rude and was harassing me as I was giving it to her so I requested my money back on the ammo. This place is not friendly at all. I do not recommend spending your money here. I would take it to somewhere else like Center Mass in Livonia where they're friendly and they treat you like family. I don't know what's wrong with that guy that day, but that was very disrespectful and I will be taking my money elsewhere again stay away from this place. They are very unprofessional. The Range was organized and got us all our shooting requirements in with half of the people needing to rent a firearm, safety glasses, earplugs, and ammo. Another time I was in there it was a lineup for the range and you could smell marijuana on somebody's clothes. The manager came over and told everyone that if they had been smoking pot, they needed to leave not only because it was dangerous but because they are federally licensed and marijuana is still illegal federally. The manager eventually had to ask them to leave. I went in another time, looking for a particular holster and couldn't find it and when I was walking out I asked the guy behind the counter if he could find one for me for my firearm and he went over to where all the holsters were and found the right one for my handgun. My weapon is 35 years old yet he matched it up perfectly.

I had some questions about different models which he answered without any attitude. When we had a problem with a target holder in our rental lane, he also quickly found another employee to fix the issue. I appreciated that. Later that day another guy was working the rental counter and seemed to be having a bad day. He got frazzled very easily, handed me the wrong model for rent, and then had trouble finding my ID when it came time to return the rental. He was a bit all over the place - so if you end up dealing with him my advice would be to take your time and make sure you check everything carefully before leaving the counter and the facility. As for the range itself, it was largely fine. They were doing mechanical and electrical repairs on some of the lanes while people were using adjacent lanes...probably not ideal from a safety standpoint... At any rate, I'll probably give this place another try before forming a final opinion. I may try to go during a less busy time as it gets quite crowded on weekend afternoons.

I would describe the lessons as helpful, vigorous, exciting, and rewarding. The camps here are phenomenal. Beginner and intermediate camps are absolutely amazing. Advanced camp however does tend to seem very oriented around cleaning instead of the horses. This is because of so many riders, and not enough horses for the kids to work with all day. The barn itself is gorgeous, with stalls cleaned every morning, and large day pastures as well as two year round outside pastures. Horses are well taken care of with grain and hay readily available. I will say, some of the website information is outdated, as well as all of these comments, so be sure to call the barn owner to ask for yourself. I have ridded, boarded, and leased from this facility for 12 years, and everywhere else i have gone has not been able to compare. That is why this place gets 5 stars. However i believe the camp system alone should get three stars for lack of improvement upon a broken system.

We were able to get reservations from 11:10am-1:30pm. I was shocked at how busy it was- all the courts were full from the moment we got there till we left. Since it was my first time playing at the club, I had to sign a waiver on a tablet. Both times I've visited, the front desk staff was super friendly, helpful, and sweet. Right after signing in at the front desk, you'll see a store to purchase any balls, shoes, bags, paddles and more. On the left side, there is a cafe that offers snacks and smoothies. They have a pretty large and comfortable seating area next to the snack area and bathrooms towards the back of the club. To the right, you'll see the double doors that lead into the courts. If you're new or a long time pickleballer, I would highly recommend this spot! It's $18 for non members.
