Stereo equipment, jewelry, clothing, cds, and RECORDS!!! New! Used!! Repressed!! They have it. For the most part pretty well organized as well. One of the few record stores that actually has a country section! I found a bunch of albums that I hadn't seen before. Great find! I ended up with a couple of dozen albums that were a mixture of new and used, rock, metal and country. There's also a display case with pins, patches, buttons, and asst heavy metal wristbands etc where I did get some pins I haven't seen in decades. When it was time to check out, no bags. Nope. Don't want to have bags rip. A nice heavy duty shipping box that had all the packaging material so the records couldn't bounce around in the box. Very very considerate. Only downside was parking. While I did find a parking spot immediately in front of store, the pay kiosk is half a block away. I'm old and lazy. There is a walmart across the street with free parking. Had I paid attention, I would've parked there. But that's the only downside. I'll be back in Rutland in about a month. I will definitely make time to revisit this store. Thank you.

I saw it & knew immediately that it was coming home with me. I also picked up a Buch Spieler hoodie & I haven't taken it off since I bought it. I've worn it every single day since I visited. High quality, cozy, & downright cool. The employee was friendly & chatty - my favorite. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area (or even just driving by on i89) again. The guys at Buch Spieler are courteous, and so incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to all things music. My son loves spending time in here, and I cannot thank the staff enough for their patience and kindness with his questions, requests, and chatter! They don't just have vinyl! There are posters, cd's, coffee beans!, and awesome merchandise! For my birthday this year, my husband got me a new record player and speakers from Buch, and it is awesome! The sound quality of the speakers is loud, clear, and perfect. The system itself has great features and a nice cover to keep dust and wandering children's hands away from the vinyls! The owner/staff is very friendly and helpful if you need help finding something or if your searching for something specific. I'm very happy that a place like this has taken over the former residence of Saratoga Guitar, owned by the late, great Matt McCabe (RIP). Also to note is that there is a second business in the same location, 6th Generation Violin. I don't know much about violins or services pertaining to it but they had some guitars there for sale and tried them out. Seems like a pretty cool place if you're into that sort of thing.

They both put you in the middle of the block and it's up to you. Although the shopkeepers in the stores above were real helpful not only telling its downstairs but also walking me to the staircase and explaining where it was exactly. The ugly... there isn't one. Well if there was one, I'm sorry I went record shopping the previous weekend. Saw a lot of the same records I had just bought cheaper here. Owner was a real nice guy and I asked about other stores in the area. He sent me to another store 20 minutes away that while they did have a bigger selection, there stuff wasn't as "quality " or as cheap. Not a bad place but not great either.
