So I am speaking to a guy there, not going to name him, and he is questioning me on how I knew the power steering went out. I am a female, not stupid. I can't turn the car, that's how I know. The other part was the starter, well guess what! The car is doing the exact same thing. No noise, nothing. This person said to drop it off. How am I getting home? Uber he says. I said Uber is 30.00, are you paying for it? No was the answer. I was told they get the parts from China as if that is helpful. If the car wasn't under warranty I would never go back there. My husband talked to Bobby about the Sunrider top this Jeep had and what a great feature it was. A couple hours later we received a call that the windshield had a crack...not a deal breaker for us. They were going to knock off some money and we would just get it replaced at a later date. Then we get there!!! We could tell immediately that this was a shady business with a bunch of scoundrels for salesman! The Jeep looked great, but when we asked where the Sunrider top was Bobby came up with more excuses and lies than you could imagine! We test drove the Jeep and when we got back Bobby was ready for us to purchase! We said sure after you get the Sunrider top for us! Many more excuses and telling us it didn't come with one! When it was seen clearly in the back seat of the Jeep in their advertisement! He said it must be in the detail shop and left to go "look". He came back with a full soft top in a box shoved in the back end of the Jeep! Not at all what was included! The manager then came out and said there wasn't a Sunrider top advertised at all with this Jeep! The picture was deleted at that point. But it clearly states it in the write up and details online!The manger said no no....that's just a generic google advertisement! What a complete joke this place is!!! We got our deposit back and told them what a bunch of filthy dirt balls they are!! What an absolute disappointment!!

However, that was not my experience at all. Instead of offering in-house financing as advertised, they ran my application through an outside lender (Credit Acceptance). On top of that, I was told I would need to put down $5,500 on a vehicle -- which completely defeats the purpose of working with a BHPH dealer in the first place. At no point upfront was it made clear that they rely on third-party financing or require such a large down payment. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch: advertise flexible in-house financing to get customers in the door, then switch to traditional subprime lending with steep requirements. If you are specifically looking for a true Buy Here Pay Here dealership that works directly with customers on financing, I would strongly recommend asking very direct questions before engaging with this business -- or considering other options entirely. Transparency matters, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

The service techs were terrible at communicating (sending infrequent texts with little to no information and avoiding calls when I'd leave messages specifically asking them to call me). We had to go in in-person to have an actual conversation about what was happening with my car. We asked to speak with the service manager several times, but instead the service tech would disappear and say they talked with him. They are incredibly slow to repair vehicles and their loaner vehicles are booked out so far in advance that you have to pay per day for a rental. After informing them I had recently had the catalytic converter replaced twice by another shop, they decided to replace the catalytic converter again instead of looking for other issues. Immediately the problems continues. I brought it back and they replaced it under warranty, however they said that they found a coolant leak that needed to be repaired and subsequently charged me for it. About a month after this repair the check engine light was on again and registering the same codes. I was then informed my vehicle needed a 5th catalytic converter and a new oil cooler because it was leaking coolant again; this is despite them fixing the leak the last time they worked on my vehicle. When I mentioned this the service tech blamed the oil change place for cracking it. They charged me for the cooler. They had my car for a full 2 weeks while I had to pay for a rental. I picked it up and within 24 hours my check engine light was back on. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE.
