The new management does not have any knowledge of customer service whatsoever and has yet to figure out how to use their software. The previous management actually smiled, were courteous, and always helpful...we have been with Storage Solutions for over 10 years and the woman behind the desk never took that into consideration when throwing the new "corporate rules" at us. The staff has always treated me with kindness, dignity, and respect, and I've always felt like they actually care about their customers--not just the units they rent. Value is a top priority to me ,as it is most, and they definitely make sure your Dollar goes the mile! What has meant the most to me is how seriously they have taken the security of my belongings and my privacy. After a relationship ended, I had an ex who had previously been authorized to access my storage unit. When that situation changed and I no longer wanted him to have access, the staff took my concerns seriously and helped make sure my unit and belongingS a a were protected. I felt listened to, respected, and safe rather than being made to feel like I was causing a problem. Over five years, I've consistently had positive experiences here. Having a storage facility where you can trust the people running it makes such a difference, especially when you're storing things that are important to you. I absolutely recommend Dollar Self Storage and am very grateful for the way they have treated me over the years.
