This underlayment is not recommended by the manufacturer (Portercraft Floors). Frank LaCava installed the floor incorrectly and now it will need to be replaced. Nelson Melara installed our tile and the grout is soft/crumbling and will need to be replaced. Nelson is unresponsive and does not stand behind his work.

What I needed was nowhere to be found. Jan at R&J Cabinetry came to my rescue. Jan is also committed to everything being right. She came back to my house to meet with my installer, to ensure he fully understood the kitchen design. She responds to emails and calls quickly, and is patient in answering questions. When one of our cabinet doors didn't look perfect, she replaced it.
