Back of my head and ears were raw from him working on the same spot for - no joke - 30 min. Freddy stepped in to help him out in that spot. After 2 1/2 hrs, he brought the mirror out saying he was done. However, he left the top part of my fade long even though i asked for a high fade. I was about to just pay and walk out, but the lady barber saw my disappointment and stepped in to fix all of it. I walked out somewhat happy about that.
