During my haircut, Alex was asking the other barbers for cutting advise. He was asking them for different clips because he lost his. Back of my head and ears were raw from him working on the same spot for - no joke - 30 min. Freddy stepped in to help him out in that spot. After 2 1/2 hrs, he brought the mirror out saying he was done. However, he left the top part of my fade long even though i asked for a high fade. I was about to just pay and walk out, but the lady barber saw my disappointment and stepped in to fix all of it. I walked out somewhat happy about that. When i got home, i was told my whole back neck was still long.... which i had my wife fix. At no point did Alex let me know this was his first haircut, or that he was new. I would have way more accepting if he admitted that. 3hrs is unheard of for a fade. Please get this corrected.
