The needle got stuck as she was visibly struggling...it was excruciating. The placement is still visibly wrong, and I now have to get it corrected at another shop. Three days after I got it pierced, one of the balls fell off and got lost so I also had to purchase new jewelry. Just overall a warning to not get pierced here.

I asked for what I thought was a simple line job and I some lettering and it's just a hot mess. I brought a picture and the exact font I wanted. I don't think I can even fix it.
