On May 26 I went into Bestbuy to purchase a remote replacement for my TCL fire platform TV that had Alexa. The idiot "advisor" sold me a basic Insignia remote tat DID NOT have the Alexa voice feature. When I realized the remote I was sold nwas pretty much useless I looked on line and saw my probable best option was to purchase a replacement remote from TCL. Tcl's shipping delays caused the remote to arrive 15 days after my original purchase and when I went into the store to return the Insignia I was told sorry it was a 14 day window. To add insult to injury the impolite "store manager" told me it was entirely my fault. I told him that I told his "advisor" it was a remote for a fire platform TV that had Alexa and his response was it was responsibility and fault. I called corporate customer service and was told the same thing. In my opinion Bestbuy store and corporate philosophy are the lowest class imaginable. There are options out there where someone can get reliable advice backed up by REAL customer service. Bestbuy is total horse shit. Buy from them at your own risk. I will never go into a Bestbuy store in the future or purchase from such a horse shit company. I apologize for denigrating horse shit by comparing it to Bestbuy

The last one did try hard but recommended going to Apple. The first " genius server" was able to get into my phone, which was a relief and we didn't have to wait for service either. Next we worked with ED, who was a team leader I think. Anyway, ED was amazing! He was calm, patient, knowledgeable , not rushed. He ran us through what to do with the phone. We were however more interested in getting an upgrade on the phone and getting s new one , which we did. They don't work on commission, which is nice also. Not pushy . They also have a better selection of phones than the authorized Verizon or T-Mobile stores. Anyway, Ed is amazing as are most of their other servers.
