In my first meeting with the counselor, my background and my management knowledge was evaluated. This helped them place me in the class with students from similar background. The class size was small and and the phase of the class was spaced right. I got a certificate of completion from Kaizen Technologies and passed my certification soon after. I was told by the advisor there that this would be the best for me, however, this turned out to be an indiscriminate practice as there was one more person in Java who was from a telecommunications background. Enter through the front of Bldg. 276, and take the flight of stairs to your left; the office will be on the left side. I did not catch her name, but the test proctor is really nice. The testing room itself is small--it has probably five or six workstations available--but it does the job; it was also clean and kept nice and cold thanks to both a fan and A/C system. There were no distractions while I was testing, but the A/C and/or fan may be loud for some; the dividers between workstations may also move every now and then due to the strong fan. Important: Unlike PearsonVUE testing centers, there are no lockers. Thus, I recommend that you bring nothing except whatever you're permitted to take into the testing area with you--no cellphones, study material, purses, wallets, or even extra articles of clothing. The proctor will provide you with paper, pencils, and earplugs should you need them.

Since that date I have reached out to Accounting Assistant Maggie Chan, Chief Accounting Officer Deborah Dombrowski, and even the agency owner, Albert Compitello. An entire week has passed since payday and nothing has been done. Failing to pay an employee is the lowest, sleaziest thing you can do as an employer. And let's not forget that it's illegal. I was told that there were contributing factors to delayed pay, as one of their employees in payroll resigned. I was told that they were recently brought out by another organization. One thing I was not told, though, was when I would get paid. Yesterday the recruiter Stacey Kostue advised me that although she could not assist, that Al Compitello had the authority to arrange for funds to be wired. That was yesterday. Today nothing has been done. I even reached out to the organization that brought them out, ACS Solutions. According the Vice President of Human Resources, Marne Oberg, she was informed that Al Compitello had addressed it. Nothing has been addressed. I still have not been paid. Small Claims Court, here I come.
