This company is a fraud. They did nothing to help reduce my taxes…read more They said I would receive a letter in mail with an update. After I paid the fee requested, I never heard back from them. When I called their office and spoke to Kirsten, she had a number of reasons why I did not hear back. None of the reasons were valid. When I told her I was filing a complaint, she said she would return my money. IT's been a month and I still have not received a refund. My next step is to file a complaint against this company with the Attorney General's office in New Jersey. Lorraine Bodor
